After over one year, someone finally completed the recall work that was required. The technician was great, the company negligent. Problem could have caused a fire.

Service man very nice but did not arrive until 8:15 PM left around 8:45 and still had to make a 4 to 5 hour drive back home. A/C still not fixed but not service mans fault, needs compressor and waiting on home warranty approval. :-( Sorry the guy had to drive so far and so late.

Awesome company and technicians. Very trustworthy. Explained their work and even discovered a missing emergency shutoff switch on our furnace and promptly installed one at a very reasonable price. I will be using them for all our heating, A/C, and water heater needs.

The service person they sent out was wonderful and very professional. The only reason I give them 4 stars is due to their not identifying who they represent when they send emails or texts. Out of the blue I get a notice to schedule an appointment with no identification of what The service was or that they were representing a company assessing for recall. With all the phishing and cyber threats, I need to know if I should click on the link. Other than this, we were very satisfied.

Although scheduling and getting a technician took longer than expected. Motili did their best to update me on their progress, and finally this morning the work was taken care of. I appreciated not having to sit around for the tech because of the large time windows like 7am - Noon.

They don't seem to keep track of work very well. I had waited nearly a year for a recall service to be performed. And even then I had to email top people at Motili and Goodman to get anything done. Their process seems to be broke.
