Lou and his crew showed up on time to install a brand new furnace to replace my 1980 furnace and replace my failed water heater with a tankless water heater. I had a busted frozen pipe and Lou was dispatched to my place quite quickly. I have nothing but good things to say about Lou and Golden west plumbing. Professional, friendly, helpful, caring, a complete positive experience. With such a good experience I decided to have GWP replace my water heater. I wasn't disappointed. Angelo and his team were amazing, removed a 60 year old 3/4 inch cast iron drum in the basement. Thing was a beast and they dug it out and got us something way more advanced.

I was really impressed with golden west, they were professional and were able to thoroughly assess the issue in my house. They were very informative and helpful and were able to quickly remedy the issue.

Golden West was super responsive when our furnace decided not to work last night and it was cold (teens) overnight. It pays to a VIP service member of them (highly recommend signing up for membership) as I called this morning at 6am (after hours) and had dispatch send a technician out first thing this morning. Non-members would have to wait until business hours at 8am & members have priority in scheduling too. Carlos was was on time, covered his shoes without being asked & got promptly to work checking our furnace. Seemed to be a minor issue and everything worked within minutes of service. Highly recommend Golden West & Carlos.

Brendan Franklin at Golden West Plumbing and Heating was outstanding. Brendan worked on my boiler and lines to ensure we were ready for the upcoming cold weather. The experience was great from start to finish. He took the time to explain things in detail along with future work that we will be scheduling....I would definitely recommend Brendan at Golden West Plumbing and Heating.

Lou was the one who installed 2 new faucets and repaired a leak in a pipe. He was great! Very professional and efficient! He was personable and he instilled a lot of confidence in his level of skill. I was very pleased with the job he did. I am a loyal Golden West customer!
