Alex with Pennington's was incredible knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to trouble shoot a faulty thermostat for me and make suggestions based on what I was looking for in a smart thermostat. He also made every effort to get me resolution as quickly as possible, despite having a more than full calendar. I will absolutely reach out to Pennington's again and refer them to my family and friends!

Ben is wonderful! We are very appreciative to him for repairing our AC at near midnight. We had back to back 90 degree days with our 8 month old trying to sleep and had been calling numerous HVAC companies to no avail. Enter Ben and Pennington’s Heating and Air. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and execute the repair. He’s knowledgeable and compassionate. Our family appreciates and highly recommends Pennington’s Heating and Air!!

We had Nate and Alex come out to our house. They were promptly on time, highly knowledgeable, and explained everything. They were able to finally pinpoint a years long issue that other businesses like Dalco completely missed. We ended up needing a new AC. They were very reasonably priced and fit us in right away. They initially came out on a Saturday and by Monday afternoon our new AC was installed and cooling us down. Highly recommend this family business.

If you expect your plumbing to leak repeatedly, to have gas leaks, to be told your installation is not up to code, to wait 4.5 hours after an appointment time, then this is the plumber for you! They don't return calls for updates on missed appointments. They show up for appointments with no materials or tools to do the repair. They installed a new boiler 10/31/20 and have had to come back 4 times to make repairs. Now, on the fifth call, they are saying they will not honor the 5-year warranty on workmanship. What a business!

They are claiming I have an unpaid bill. That bill was for a gas leak at the hose to the boiler; the hose they installed. They said Xcel did not do a bubble test, but they did. I witnessed it and marked the location of the leak. I also witnessed their tech explain what he did, at that site. I contested the bill and they never responded. Clearly, the leak was due to faulty installation of that hose. That should be covered by their warranty, shouldn't it? Would you accept that bill? Of course NOT! They are tired of coming back to fix their botched installation, so fabricated an excuse to void their warranty.

If you expect a plumber to stand behind their warranty, do a good job, and not need to come back to fix things, get your plumbing work done anywhere else.

Alex Q was extremely professional and helpful in getting my AC back up and running. I had a long outstanding issue with my furnace leaking that many other companies have looked at but Alex was able to identify the issue right away and get everything repaired.
