Had a great experience with Air Maintenance Services. The technician was very friendly, and knowledgeable about the problem I had with my system. He took the time to explain the issue and made sure it was fixed properly before he left. I will be using them again for my future heating and AC needs!

Evans was a pleasure to deal with, nothing was too much trouble and he was knowledgeable and professional throughout. The guys who did the install were really helpful and respectful of the fact that we were working in the office during the process.5 stars all the way.

Nick Nelson made our new furnace install easy. He was at the house within an hour of our first call and we had a new furnace the next day. He explained the problem and all of our options very clearly. I would highly recommend this company if you need a new furnace on short notice.

When making the appointment to have my air conditioner replaced, I specifically asked if Same Day Heating & Air was an approved partner of Xcel's so that I could qualify for a $500 rebate from the utility company for installing more energy efficient equipment. Even with the request about them being an Xcel partner being recorded and confirmed by the agent who went back and listened to the call, I am now told that their scheduler was misinformed and I will not be eligible. Look elsewhere for companies who are qualified installers and do not lie to their customers.

Called the day before for a 1030 am appointment today with a 3 hr window. At 243pm, 1 hr after the window I have to call to be told that the technician will call 30 min before heading up and it's 642 pm with still no call. Why would this business not call me to let me know there is a delay or anything. Literally they have just decided to not follow thru and saying
they don't need my business and that they don't valve customers. There no call,no show constitutes that's there fired from service I need. It's unfortunate that they have great reviews and this is a zero stars.
