Rogers and Sons do great work. Jay performed our quarterly maintenance yesterday and was punctual, professional, and thorough. I highly recommend Rogers and sons.

This was the second time we have had Alan come to the rescue for our school. Alan troubleshooted the system by elimination and explained everything. He is very professional and is always willing to help out on and off the job. His willingness to explain and inform us on the system is a big help as we are learning new things about our system all the time. The first day he was not able to make it due to others not having any heat. I was notified from the dispatcher that he wouldn't make it. She asked how our building was doing as we were having lower than normal interior Temps and kept checking in. It is nice to have a service that cares from customer service to tech service. I recently had to have work done to my furnace and these folks are awesome! They were able to schedule me in at the last minute, and the technician was so nice! My furnace is breathing a sigh of relief for sure.

I called them to check my HVAC system, they arrived on tuesday early afternoon, he arrived and check the system , he replaced a fuse. Then he came back on friday afternoon as well, now be careful because after 3.30 the start charge overtime without to tell you also they charge me for parking the first time $25, they park on a parking spot the was $9 for the first 4 hours , he was there for a total of 2.5 hours, they charge me $ 50 for consumable (gloves-towels and more) I got it, he need a towel to clean his hands but $50 sims to me a bit excessive for the material used. they came back 3 days later and charged me $10 for parking for 3.5 hrs of work ( they charged me more the first time when they were there less time ( seriously)they charged me $25 for consumable for towel and other stuff for who know .....i dispute the invoice, the remove 1 hr of overtime but nothing else.
People please look around before choose them, there's a lot of more honest company looking for business, i will not use them again.and I forgot they charged me $127 just to place a work order.

Romiro was super to work with and did a great job explaining what needed to be done. All of the office staff I talked to were very helpful too.

Rogers spent one hour diagnosing/adjusting furnace, no written estimate or signed agreement as to work then a billing much later (which I found excessive). No parts, only labor on minor work. Very unusual billing/contracting practices,. We did work the issue out at the end so review moves to 4 star as we have settled and they responded adequately below.

I recently worked with Rogers and sons. Alan came out to my unit to trouble shoot my heat pump that wasn’t working. He went above and beyond and took the extra time to coordinate with my condos maintenance to determine a timeline for when and how my heat pump went out. He stayed late on a Friday to try to get everything working and to make sure he answered all of my family’s questions. Would highly recommend

Rogers was the 4th company we tried. They accessed the problem and had the parts and the problem fixed the next morning.the technician Jay was great. They are the only company we’re using from now on.

Ken and Cullen showed up and and performed miracle surgery on some clogged AND melted coils, same unit (damned by the gods). Outstanding. Lucky for them it was only the hottest day of the year. Great guys, Ken is a repeat offender at excellent work.

Romero was on site today, dispatched to me in less than 24 hours- amazing. He then proceeded, with genius caliber deduction skills and got a critical roof top unit working in short order. He is excellent. Hailee orchestrated my deliverance with outstanding communication. Stacy, your crew always takes great care of me. Thank you to the whole team.
