The Rogers team in on their game. George Drake and his partner Ian did an exceptional job repairing pipes (water and gas lines as well as duct vent work) that had been damaged during the prior owner's failure to repair damage from a persistent leak. George and Ian were meticulous and also a pleasure to work with.

Rogers & Sons has serviced an office building for our property management company (Tedford Commercial Real Estate) since 2007. The controls system in this building is quite complicated, and their ability to make remote software adjustments is invaluable. They have also had to replace several compressors and coil assemblies over the years, and did a complete replacement of the controls systems for both RTU's that control the south and north ends of the building. The controls replacements was a very complicated and involved project that required new control modules on all VAV's, of which there are many in this 59,000 sf building. They are extremely responsive to requests for service calls for equipment and tenant comfort issues. Their service manager (James Stratus) has been invaluable to me to coordinate getting technicians to the property in a very timely manner to address issues that arise. I highly recommend Rogers & Sons.

Rogers and Sons works on the AC and heat in my office building over the years they have been extremely helpful, efficient and caring. This week we received amazing service from Ken a tech who has been in our office multiple times.
