They instalked our evaporative cooler several years ago...great service, fine installation. It's working beautifully, and the company has always been ready and pleasant whenever we have had questions. I'd reccommend them without hesitation!

3 VISITS AND $700.00 LATER MY HEATING PROBLEM WAS FINALLY DIAGNOSED AS A BLOWN CAPACITOR THAT THE 3RD TECHNICIAN FOUND TO BE FAULTY. 1ST VISIT THEY PROGRAMMED MY THERMOSTAT FOR $300.00. 2ND VISIT TOTALLY MISDIAGNOSED. 3RD VISIT $466.00 THE 3RD TECHNICIAN WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING.THE SERVICE SUPERVISOR WAS LESS THAN HELPFUL. WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

Extremely dissatisfied with the service by this company. They serviced my home heating boiler in March 2019. The service man parked a block away from my home - in paid parking. Parking is free in my parking lot that is 30 feet away from the heater. I was then billed for the paid parking charges. The heating boiler was not completely serviced. The serviceman indicated it needed a better ph in the water. Also, the condensate filter (see picture) needed changing. This was not done.
Ten days after this inspection and service, I received a bill for $398. No explanation of what was done or itemization of the charges. I called the company and complained. Only then was I sent an email with a list of what was supposed to have been done. As you can see in the picture, the condensate filter was not cleaned or serviced nor was the ph of the water serviced.
Very poor follow up by the company to make this right. My advice is to stay away from this company as there are better choices out there for sure.

April 2022 update: I notice the "owner" of this company posted a very nice follow up comment to my original negative review. Huh? He took the trouble to do this and didn't even bother to follow up with me?? What kind of concern does that show for customers? Rather than talking the talk - take some action and correct the shoddy work your company did for me. At least contact me about it.
My review stands as is. This is a poor service company.
