They know their stuff. York products for the HVAC. Not much of sheet metal selection but usually enough to get the change out complete.

These guys are professional, decently quick, & they get the order right during pick up. I appreciate the friendly service both over the phone and in person.

You better have lots of time to waste if you are delivering here...not even a half a trailer full and going 4 hours so far and the fork lift driver dissappears for 10 or 15 minutes every time he pulls out of the trailer...they also have employees cars parked all around the docks which makes it difficult to maneuver

Slowest will call counter in the metro area. Be prepared to wait 45+ minutes no matter what you call in. Bunch of idiots work here. They gather and socialize while you wait an hour for them to fill your order. I hate coming here worst supply house our company uses by miles.

Taking my business elsewhere after almost 10 years of shopping with Jones. There’s some really good guys here but will call is dropping the ball. We are losing major time waiting for orders that are already called in. I’ve asked them multiple times can we just get the stuff in my truck or can I grab it and go? I’ve talked to management, I’ve talked to will call, they have constant excuses and customer is wrong attitude.

Johnstone counter guys answer the phone and get orders out right away, You guys have a whole call center. Every other parts supplier in town puts will call orders right into our truck not 1-2 hours later. I’ve shopped with your company at glenwood springs, ft collins, Boulder, 8th Ave, centennial, silverthrone this year and PECOS IS THE WORST PARTS STORE IN COLORADO with the exception of the AWESOME GUYS IN THE CALL CENTER, THOM, DAN, DAMON THANK YOU

They have some great guys working there, usually have most of the HVAC parts I need. They're good at finding the replacement parts for older equipment I have to service and repair. And their prices are pretty good too
