The entire Golden West team (Gilberto, Felix, Chris, and Luis) were extremely professional and efficient. They communicated with me every step of the way and we are very happy with the final results!

Angelo was on time, professional, and pinpointed the problem right away. He fixed the issue and gave good pointers and suggestions to prevent problems in the future. He also spotted an issue we didn't know about with our faucet and helped understand the next steps there. Great experience overall and will use this company in the future!

They are a great company and ethical. They do all our plumbing and HVAC work now. We thought we had a specific issue, but their rep was honest and told us what was actually wrong. This ended up saving us a lot of money and fixed the problem! I highly recommend them!

Carlos, the HVAC tech, was super professional, very respectful, friendly and courteous. He was on time and worked efficiently to dissect the issue we were having with one of our furnaces. Top notch service from these guys from start-to-finish. This will now be our go-to company for service for our two furnaces and air conditioning units.

We had a whole house humidifier installed. Carlos did an excellent job on the install, he ran the electrical, installed the steam humidifier and he was very thorough in his explaining of the job. Very impressed with Carlos and the Golden West crew.

This review has nothing to do with the technicians, they were all great, professional, and super knowledgeable. This review is about the cost of the services. I had a leaking shower head (bad valve cartridge). It was discovered that my water pressure was too high and had to install a new pressure valve. This is not the problem, I think I paid a fair price for that part but charging me $524 to replace a shower valve cartridge, when the technicians were already here? It took less than 10 mins to swap the cartridge out and make sure it was no longer leaking. Checking with other plumbers, this should have been no more than $300. Unfortunately for me I was not in a position to have them stop and call another service to fix it. I doubt I would ever use Golden West again.

Anthony, Max and Joseph worked a long day to get a new boiler installed for us. This was just in time for the deep freeze. Thanks to those men for their hard work. You can tell they put pride in their work.
