The Cooler Company Heating & Air Conditioning

I purchased a new Breezair from the The Cooler Company, what a great experience it was dealing with them. Their installation crew was very professional and knowledgeable with every question I had. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I’ve been using the Cooler Company to install and service dozens of commercial units for over 8 years now. These guys are highly trustworthy and extremely reliable. There tech Greyson can fix anything. Don’t waste your time calling another company.

The Cooler Company had done numerous jobs for me and my family and in the past we were very satisfied. But something is clearly wrong with them now. Their bids are literally thousands higher than competitors; the bidding process is convoluted; and their staff is clueless.... maybe steer clear until they get it together, I sure did !!!

They're gentleman that came and did the repairs was very nice helpful and made it affordable. The billing seems to be a problem and a little confusing with two different people calling me.

Never provided a quote for the job. Said he didn't want my business after I stood my ground on a miscommunication that he wanted me to take total blame for. Crazy...shouldn't be that hard. Seemed like a good company but clearly that's not happening.

Do NOT buy a Breezair evaporative cooler. They suggest the remote control to operate it, but don't warn you that if you misplace it, it'll cost you $431 for a new one! It only has 4 functions - on/off, blower level, drain and auto (which malfunctioned after a few years). Probabaly only a few dollars worth of parts, certainly not revolutionary technology, but you can't buy it anywhere other than through Breezair. Maybe this company doesn't set the price, but they could certainly warn you, or carry a different brand.

True professionals from start to finish. It's easy to see why they install more swamp coolers than any other company. Their website also has easy to follow videos for self start-up and shut down of your unit so that you don't need them to do it for you every year.

The crew was friendly. They completed the project in the time they said or would take. The swamp cooler works like a charm, so far we've had it for about a week. Keep an eye on the price tag, those additions add up quick.

I have a Breezair cooler and needed a part replaced. They are very knowledgeable about Breezair products, showed up on time with the right part to fix it the first time. I've had a bit of a tough time finding people who are skilled at repairs on this unit and it was pretty clear Steve works on them regularly.
