Coffman & Company

Coffman & Co has been extremely helpful with our recent furnace problem. Clayton, as the on-call technician, came out after hours in a snow storm to diagnosis the problem and offer recommendations on how best to resolve the problem. Based on the age of the furnace and the cost to repair, we decided to replace the whole unit. Coffman had a sales rep at our house first thing the next day and the whole unit replaced before the end of the day.
The technicians were very thorough, explained all of the steps and process and did an excellent job of cleaning up after the job was complete.

Clayton has exceptional customer service skills. He was affable, approachable, and informative. Clayton took the time to explain his process in layman's terms while servicing our furnace and to help us plan for its future maintenance. He provided a wealth of easy and practical tips. We were appreciative of his efficient work and good spirits. If our home needs service again, we will be sure to request his help.

Jon did a nice job, was friendly and professional. Found the problem with our humidifier and recommended a good solution.

Purchased a new HVAC unit and installation from them. Unfortunately the electrical inspection did not pass and it seems the electrical contractor won't be able to address the tagged issues any time soon. We have other electrical issues to address in the home, but cannot proceed until the building code violations are addressed from the electrical inspection which I'm sure will happen eventually. Overall, a very "meh" experience so far. The unit functions and we're generally pleased with the quality of the HVAC unit, but I'm concerned about the level of support we'll get going forward. Time will tell when dealing with a company and we will see.

I had a fantastic experience with Tom from Coffman & Company. He was on time, wearing a mask to protect each of us, as I was also wearing a mask for our protection. He reviewed the project, listened to my explanation of the job and answered all my questions very clearly. He was very prompt and was able to get water turned back on to my building so that the other residents were not overly inconvenienced for a long period of time. It was nice of Tom to think of them being without water for a prolonged period of time. Tom provided me with all that he was doing so that I was very clear as to how he was fixing things and why. I had Coffman & company install my Air Conditioning and full home humidifier 3 years ago. The system has worked great the only issue I had was I didn't replace the pad on the Humidifier but they were able to get me all fixed up making time for me during the holidays to get the system back up and running. Highly responsive punctual and professional.

The install team that worked on installing a furnace and air conditioner at my house was great! They took their time to get every aspect right and made sure it passed my perfectionist standards. They consulted with me before and during the install and went out of their way to not only do it correctly, but to do it to my liking as well. The tech was very thorough and great communication. This call was for annual service and cleaning of our furnace. He found a problem with the humidifier and talked through the details. I have been using this company for many years and will continue.
