Coffman is a company that's been in business for many years. I have had the opportunity to use their services on a number of occasions and always been impressed with their speed and professionalism. Recently one of their outstanding technicians, Clayton, worked on my broken air conditioner, quickly diagnosed the issue, and resolved the problem. His quiet professionalism instilled customer confidence. I would not hesitate to recommend Coffman & Company to all my friends and family. Value and service is the standard for this excellent company.

During a service call, Sales Manager John fixed a crucial mistake that was done by the original installer, not them, at no extra charge for my elderly aunt. He just asked for a good review. Here it is!

Tyler was professional, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He completed all the necessary maintenance and gave me useful information regarding the care of my heating/cooling system. He took his time to show me how to replace the furnace filter and also programmed my thermostat. He was easy to talk to and understand. I highly recommend Tyler for recognition for his customer service.

We have used Coffman & Co for many years and have always been impressed with their professionalism. We used Coffman to install our furnace several years ago and they do our annual maintenance on it. This was the first year we had them service our evaporative cooler and we were very pleased with the experience. Clayton M was the technician who came out and he did an excellent job. We will certainly request him by name when next we need either of these items serviced and we certainly will recommend Coffman & Co to our family and friends.

I have been a Coffman customer for many years; they have installed a furnace, AC, and water heater. All their Techs are well trained and do a very good job. Tyler did the annual maintenance on my furnace today and he was terrific! He was on time, did a thorough checkup, showed me some maintenance tips, and made sure all my questions were answered. I highly recommend Coffman & Co. for heating and AC work.

I am a firm believer that large purchases should be decided on values and not price. Luckily, Coffman & Co provided me with the best of both worlds. Every person I spoke to from the receptionists to the technicians were professional and highly skilled. My furnace / AC needed to be replaced but called for some crafty rearranging of the utility room as it was not up to code. The techs at Coffman provided a solution that was cheaper, quicker, and most importantly did not require me to knock out a wall. None of the other company's that provided quotes had the same vision. They are masters of their craft, I highly recommend them to everyone. Nate & Tyler were my techs. Props to them.

Remy was my technician today and did a wonderful job maintaining my furnace and AC today. I am on an annual contract and they are always on top of scheduling and making sure I am ready for the cold months ahead. They installed my furnace and AC 6 years ago and I have never had any issues. I highly recommend Coffman & Company.

The appointment was supposed to be for the next day but the office had the courtesy to contact me to ask if they could do my furnace cleaning today, as there was a cancellation. That happened to work out perfectly for me. They contacted me later to advise that the technician would be there in 30 minutes. Remy, the tech, arrived in almost exactly 30 minutes! He was very likable, pleasant, courteous, and efficient. (Plus he really liked my dog!)
As an aside, Coffman installed a new furnace and an A/C unit for me 2 years ago. I did not have central A/C prior to this. Long story, but because of the way my condo was designed, it was a rather challenging job. Previously, two other HVAC companies had come out to assess the job and said it was too difficult and couldn't be done. However, Coffman took on the challenge and got it done efficiently and at a reasonable cost. Thankfully I now have A/C for our hot summers.

I highly recommend Coffman and Company. This company originally installed both my evaporative cooler and my boiler heating system and I have used their services over 20 years for maintenance services. They are always professional, courteous, and prompt with appointments.

On 5/25/20 Remy came out to check a water leak I had noticed. There was no charge. It turned out that it had to do with my sprinkler system. I appreciated that he came out to see what the problem was and he referred me back to the sprinkler company for repair. Great company and workers!

Chris did an outstanding job of installing our Nest thermostat. Chris was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, patient, and did an outstanding job! John did a great job providing the estimate for a new AC unit and furnace. Very detailed, knowledgeable and professional. The install team of Alan, Wyatt, and Vic did an incredible job as well. Alan was the team lead and reviewed the entire new AC and Furnace systems with us. Alan was also extremely professional, knowledgeable and a true joy to work with! I can't say enough about Coffman and Company - they are a very well run organization and I would highly recommend them for any future AC or Heating needs!
