Our furnace went out and the temperature in our house had plummeted. We called Coffman and they sent a technician out within an hour. Aaron arrived, quickly determined the problem, gave us a very reasonable quote and installed a new ignitor that got our furnace heating our house very quickly. We were extremely impressed with Aaron's technical knowledge, his ability to explain what was wrong with our furnace and how he proposed to fix it, and his efficient workmanship in checking the entire system to be sure he had fixed the problem. At all times, Aaron was an ultimate professional, very friendly, and so helpful. We are grateful for Coffman's prompt response to our furnace problem and technician Aaron's superior service and assistance is getting our house warm again.

Today Chris Strait serviced my furnace and air conditioning units. I had asked for each to be cleaned and checked out to be certain they were working well. I was not having any obvious problems with either one.
He took the time to thoroughly examine them and let me know what he was doing. The furnace had a part that was in question and may or may not have to be replaced at this time. It was my choice to replace it at this time as a preventative measure. He cleaned both units and assured me as well as he could that both units were working fine. He was very professional, knowledgeable, honest and friendly without being aggressive or pushy. I was very impressed with his work and as a representative of Coffman & Company and will definitely use him and your company again next year. Also, I was very pleased with your company calling the day before the appointment as well as calling to let me know your rep was on his way and when I could expect him to arrive today. You can be sure I will recommend your company to my friends and family. Thank you so much.

Tom is the man!!! This Gentleman listened to all of my concerns regarding my AC issue , thoroughly checked everything and found the problem, fixed it and I am back to being cool in my home. Because of him Coffman has a forever customer!! So wonderful to find seasoned people these days!

Another year and yet again a wonderful experience with the employees who come to service my equipment. Jean arrived on time, explained what the issue was, fixed it, and answered all my questions. I so appreciate their willingness to explain everything. This is the type of service you should expect. I have always been pleased with the service I receive from Coffman...and today’s experience with Clayton just reinforced that opinion. He was on time, extremely polite, and very professional. He explained everything he was doing and made appropriate suggestions on things that I might consider. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have maintenance performed on their furnace and/or air conditioner.

Used Coffman and Co to install a new high efficiency furnace and air conditioner two years ago and we're very happy with everything. Have since had some unrelated plumbing issues and they have fixed it all with excellent service and a good price. Strong recommend.

Had a very good experience with Coffman. I needed central AC installed and did not have any return vents upstairs. They were not the lowest quote I received, but John was very professional and instilled in me the confidence that his solution would get me the comfort I was looking for and that they would do a good job.

I was not disappointed. John came by at the beginning of the install to walk me through some of the process. Jake was the lead on the install, and he was equally as good. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

So far, I'm very impressed with Coffman and would highly recommend them.

Over Labor Day weekend, the water heater expansion tank in my home burst, leaving us with two options: 1) have no water in the home, or 2) let the basement flood. I called dozens of companies trying to find an off-hours technician to come out and repair the water heater. Most companies didn’t even answer, despite advertising emergency off-hours services. The companies that did answer said they could come in 3-4 days. Not Coffman. They answered right away, had an off-hours tech on the phone with me within 20 minutes, then the tech was at my home an hour later. Coffman was truly there for me during an emergency situation. Dan, our technician, was incredibly professional and completed the job really quickly! Could not recommend this company enough after our recent experience.

December 2019:
The pilot light on our water heater was not staying lit (lighted?). In looking at it's certificate, it had been installed in 1997, so we were concerned that it would require replacement of the whole unit.
We called on Wednesday and Coffman had an agent here by Saturday. Tom was professional and explained just what was going on with the thermocouple - the part that is responsible for keeping the pilot light on.
Happily, he was able to replace just that part within 30 minutes and we avoided what could have been a $2,000 cost to replace the entire heater.

As with our experience in 2017, Coffman exceeded our expectations with the quality and cost of their services!

2017:
We had a furnace and new A/C system installed by Coffman this month.

After getting bids from 4 contractors and crunching the numbers on cost & performance, we chose Coffman. We had some special change orders just before the job was to be done, and this was accommodated quickly.

The installers were professional: clean, on time, efficient and friendly. Entire installation was done in less than 6 hours. Follow up technician was just as prompt and friendly.

Recommend you look seriously at using Coffman for your HVAC needs!

Coffman and Company have done it again! Superb service, excellent price and on time. Although there were a few issues with getting the service person here (he had sprained his ankle on the day of the appointment), he came a week later. Fortunately, it wasn't an emergency.
Today, he quickly diagnosed and solved the problem. Tom is terrific! I recommend using Coffman and Company!

Used Coffman and Company again today (July 8, 2019) for a routine service of my central A/C. Although it took a while to get the appointment, James was great today! Super efficient, very communicative and helpful. I also got calls from Theresa in the office telling me about what time he would arrive. Great service!

When I woke up this morning, I had no hot water. Tonight I have a new water heater thanks to the team at Coffman and Company. I have been using this firm for years and they are reliable and great quality. An awesome team.

We bought a new furnace and air conditioning to replace a 30-year old system several years ago. The equipment has worked flawlessly and our utility bills have gone way down. Since then we have contracted with Coffman to do maintenance every year. They do a great job and are clean and considerate. I recommend Coffman very highly.
