In summary, I highly recommend Coffman & Company. They installed a new furnace and AC at our home. I chose Coffman & Company after extensively researching providers in Denver metro, making numerous calls, and having a "short list" provide me estimates.

Coffman & Company was chosen for multiple reasons including the following:
1.) Every touchpoint was positive (team included John [GM]; Cole, AJ and Kyle [installation]; Ally [office]; and the installation manager)
2.) They were thorough - during the estimation process, the scheduling, the installation, and the education on the systems - and I have optimism the same will be true for the follow-up.
3.) Their pricing is very competitive.
4.) They worked with me - around my schedule, my questions, and my requests - and they were consistently responsive, pleasant, and professional.

Candidly, early in my research I had some concerns because I knew they aren't one of the more well-known brands in Denver metro and from experience I know some of the smaller companies can be a bit "fly by night". Coffman & Company quickly put any concerns I had to rest. They were world-class from my first interaction through today.

If you're looking for a new furnace and/or AC, I encourage you to actively consider Coffman & Company. BTW, you may be interested to know I don't generally leave reviews online but thought highly enough of the Coffman & Company team that I wanted to give them my support.

Good luck with your needed home repair / replacement. It's a stressful time, especially making sense of the many providers available in our Denver metro area. My positive experience to-date with Coffman & Company gives me confidence they are a go-to provider and stand out among the pack.

Install didn't go as smoothly as techs hoped, so it took longer than expected & they left without testing everything. Called the next day & a tech was out within a couple hours to get us fixed up and working great! Everyone has been professional and helpful from start to finish. Highly recommend. They even process your energy rebates for you!

I've used Coffman before to install a new furnace and AC unit, this time around I had a mini split unit installed and they did another great job. They arrived at 8am and finished a little early. They cleaned up well and were considerate of the house in being as clean as they could. Thank you to Eric and Cam for doing a great job installing the new heating and cooling system!

Just had AC installed. These guys were so great to work with the last four days. Very professional. Anything I asked they responded kindly. And the ac is working perfectly. I got 4 quotes for this job, this was one of the better quotes. The sales person also did not taunt me with scare tactics like some of the other companies did. Anyway overall very positive.

We are very happy with the installation of the furnace and AC. Everyone that we interacted with from Theresa and the office staff, Cliff, Nate and the installation team were very knowledgeable, polite and ready to answer any of our questions and concerns. We appreciate Nate for working down in the crawl space for almost 3 days! Not easy to do. We will definitely refer Coffman and Co. And continue to use them for our heating and AC needs in the future. The Coffman Company estimator met with my son and gave him three helpful options for installing a new furnace and air conditioning system. I chose the middle option and we set a date for the work.
The company contacted me to be sure the date still worked and the three workmen, one a supervisor, arrived on time that day. They performed efficiently, professionally, and courteously. They explained anything I needed to know, checked with me when necessary about my preferences and were done on the same day.
Everything extra was removed and all areas were cleaned up perfectly. They went the extra measure in all ways.
The next day my tenant said “ huge difference in the AC!”
I have worked with this company for years and will continue to do so.

Dustin and Eric were on time and worked quickly to get our new AC unit installed. Eric was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions, as well as showed us everything they worked on including the furnace hookup, the AC unit, and our thermostat. Both Dustin and Eric were friendly and finished the install faster than we anticipated. In addition, Ally was so kind and professional when handling all of my inquiries and the scheduling. We are so thrilled that we went with Coffman and Co.

We had a great experience with Coffman. They were quick to respond and get someone out to our house. The service technicians were prompt, masked, courteous and efficient. During the visit, they provided valuable feedback about maintaining and begin planning to replace our furnace. A few days after the visit, we had a heating problem and Coffman sent someone immediately who found the problem and took the time to make sure we were up and running, toasty and warm, before leaving. This was our first experience with Coffman, but it will not be our last. It is wonderful to have a company on which you can rely and place your trust.

I called Coffman saying my furnace was broken, and I needed to either repair or replace it.

Coffman sent a guy out who decided to clean the unit. He charged me $400.

I explained I needed Coffman to repair or replace my furnace, not clean my broken furnace.

The next day they sent out another guy who confirmed my furnace was, in fact, broken, and needed to be replaced. He said if I use Coffman to install my new furnace, he'll subtract the $400 from the total price.

So in short, no thanks again Coffman, for charging me $400.00 to clean my broken furnace. What a waste of time and money.

I went with Cooper Heating and Plumbing, and had no further problems.

Coffman and Co gave us fair pricing on a new furnace , humidifier, and A/C. They set up installation for within 2 weeks, offered several options for systems. The install team of Danny did a very efficient and thorough job. He explained everything to us and helped set up our phones for all of the settings. So happy with our new efficient system!
