The service use to be good. The young lady on the phone was extremely rude when I had asked to have my annual service call in October. She assured me she would call me to book in October. I obviously didnt make myself clear, as she called me in October for a December or January cleaning. You know the months I need my system to be running non stop. It does me little to no good to come and check on my system when it has been running for 3-4 months already. I need it to be checked at the start of the season.

Really disappointed with her attitude, all the techs that have shown up have always been very polite. This will be the last year that I pay for them to come and do my annual maintenance; there are better companies out there.

Dan, Cole and Noah arrived on time. They were very professional. Got the job done in the time they said they would. Tom came and installed the hot water heater. All four guys were very helpful and made sure I understood how everything worked. They answered all of my questions and made sure I was satisfied before they left. Coffman is lucky to have them.

Highly recommend Coffman! We had our yearly heat system maintenance completed the two young men were very professional and courteous with on time service. After The service a small noise was noticed. We called they sent Wyatt back the following day. He work diligently to find where the noise was coming from ie looking in vents... going to tenth degree to find the reason and he did! No more noise! Before Owen (the Coffman & Co. technician) arrived, I received a phone call that he was on his way, and would arrive shortly. Minutes later, he was at my house. Owen was extremely courteous. He advised me that the work would take about two hours, and it did. He left no messes for me to clean up. I feel that he represented Coffman's well.
Coffman has serviced my A/C for many years, and, in 2018, I purchased a new system from them. The system has been efficient and has made life a lot easier during the hot weather. The company seems to care about its customers.

Coffman & Company is an outstanding firm. They install equipment that is made to last and they do it very professionally so that you can rest comfortably knowing that it was installed properly. When systems do need service they are very fast to respond and fix the problem. I cannot recommend this company highly enough!

We shopped around over the phone for a company to service the furnace in our new house and I chose Coffman and Company for the friendly and professional customer service. They kept us updated on the timing of our technician's arrival which was very helpful. Todd was very helpful showing us the issues with our new furnace, was kind to our dogs and very professional and personable. We will definitely be using your services again and recommending you to others!

Coffman and Co was amazing. They were quick to respond to our call that our heater was out. While diagnosing the problem, they sent a second technician to confirm the issue and immediately explained the solution. A new motor was needed so they left for an hour to pick it up, returned, installed it, explained what was wrong, also informed us that the damage could have been caused by a surge in electricity and that we should consider adding a surge protector in the future. Our technician, Remy, did a very thorough write up explaining the situation and the solution and left without a trace. He was friendly, polite, and very thorough. We'd recommend them to everyone!

I found Clayton to be a totally professional, competent and personable service rep. As he left I felt good he diagnosed and fixed the humidifier problem we were aware of and a deteriorating electrical A/C concern we weren't aware of. At the end of his call he also described many measurement results that gave me reassurance that our HV/AC system was performing quite well. To net it out, this annual servicing was a great thing to have done just before putting the house up for sale in a month.

Coffman and Company changed out my furnace and AC last week. Aaron, Cole, and the rest of the guys did a great job installing both units for us, they were on time, everything was finished as expected, and they cleaned up after themselves. The price for the job was reasonable as well, which is why they've been my HVAC company for over 10 years.
