I recently had new AC and furnace installed by Coffman & Company. The whole process went very smoothly. Zach did a great job with the estimate, explanation, and answered all my questions. Evan and Santiago did a fantastic job on the installation, as did Ryan with the electrical work. From the initial walk through to review the plan to final cleanup, I was impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. I am very satisfied with the final result and recommend Coffman & Company.

Coffman was the right choice when it came to completely reconfiguring my current HVAC system and installing a new one! I got estimates from 10 different companies in Denver and I couldn’t be happier that I went with Coffman. Jake was my first estimate and answered all of my questions, as at that point I wasn’t certain what to do about fixing my current system. He gave me several options from repairing my current system to help save money to the full overhaul that I ended up doing. The other companies were mostly just trying to sell me as half of them didn’t even look at my current system and just said I needed a whole new one!

Once I decided to use them, Jake and the crew (Eric, Evan, and Zach, plus many more) that showed up to do the work every day were always friendly, answered any questions I had, allowed me to have input if it would affect the aesthetic of my home, and cleaned up before they left every day. Jake or Eric would meet with me before they left for the day to recap what they did that day, what their plans were for the next, and gave me an idea of timing. They offered a fair price (the best of all 10 estimates I received), their people knew what they were doing, and their work was top notch. I couldn’t have had a better experience! Highly recommend!

I think the truest testament to a business is how they show up when things *don’t* go as planned. And, at the end of the day, we all want assurance that the business we choose will have our back if things go wrong. Coffman will forever be one of the best, most honest, and reliable businesses I have had the privilege to work with.

We had a new Carrier HVAC system installed by Coffman in July 2022. We had a couple small issues after install that were promptly fixed by Coffman. However, in the fall, when we turned on our heat, we started receiving multiple errors on our thermostat.

For several months, Coffman was out at our house every couple weeks troubleshooting, replacing parts, and narrowing down possible root causes. Ultimately, the fix was extremely rare and nuanced but they were persistent and would not stop until they had identified and resolved the problem. They put their best techs and managers on the job and, together with Carrier, they were able to find the solution. I give a huge shoutout and “thank you” to Cliff and Cameron who were so resilient and persistent.

This is the type of place that deserves your business. If you use Coffman, you won’t be disappointed. Their service and reliability is unmatched. Even as someone who didn’t have a smooth experience along the way, I can’t recommend them enough and have complete faith and trust in their team.

The techs who installed my new HVAC System were very professional. They arrived on time and had the job completed in less than 7 hours. Their workmanship was done well and they cleaned up after they were done.

Coffman an company recently installed a new furnace for us. Replaced a furnace that another company installed 5 yrs ago. We were ripped off by that company that installed a furnace that was inadequate for our needs and eventually broke down.

From start to finish, this company was amazing. John the estimator knew exactly what we needed and proposed a much better one at a good price. The installers were knowledgeable, competent, polite and efficient. After having many contractors at our home, it was refreshing to have one that performed as promised. In addition to working with Jake, additional conversations with Teresa and Cliff from Coffman re: product specifics and financing options demonstrated outstanding knowledge & customer service. Installation was on time and on budget. Outstanding!
