Coffman & Company installed our furnace, A/C and home humidifier systems 12 years ago and we have had them service them annually. We just moved to a new home and immediately called to have them look over and service our new systems. Their technicians are always professional, knowledgable and courteous. I love that I often see the same technicians, as they usually know and remember us and what our home needs. We highly recommend them and have been pleased with our Silver Service Club membership.

Coffman & Co was able to schedule us within a few days of the deep freeze (ours was not an emergency luckily). They were great about communicating our appointment time, the cost, and the fact that they adhere to State's "wear a mask" policy which we very much appreciated. We were notified when our Tech, Corban, was on his way and he arrived shortly thereafter. Corban was professional, knowledgeable and and took care of our aging furnace, which hadn't been serviced in years. We will call Coffman this spring when it's time to fire up the AC, and are seriously considering signing up for their annual maintenance plan.

Coffman has serviced my house 4 times now and each time has been great. Very professional and knowledgeable technicians. Explain what they are doing and what problem they found. Bringing them back to inspect both A/C and Furnace this fall. Highly recommended.

For years and years Coffman has been providing incredible service with every tech they send out to us for maintenance and occasional repairs to our super old furnace that keeps on ticking! Both the office staff and technicians are always Professional, knowledgable, courteous, friendly, and never push any kind of sale onto us - like most hvac companies do-who's techs are on commission! I love Coffman and I'm so grateful for their EXCELLENT service EVERY TIME!

A crew of 3 techs did what appears to be a meticulous job of completely replacing an old AC system. I was delighted that they use Carrier equipment, and am instilled with confidence that we are set for long-term satisfaction with Coffman. The lead tech truly enjoys what he’s doing, and feels appreciated by the company. Not too shabby.

Had an issue with my furnace that was diagnosed quickly and professionally by Jean. My communication with Theresa was great and she got me a technician promptly before my house got too cold.
