They came to my house to replace ac. They messed up the first time and had to have someone come later in the day(whatever) and then they left scrap metal and nails all over my garage and drive way popping my tires. There are scraps everywhere. I can’t move my other car since there’s scraps thrown all over the place. Whether or not they pay for my tire, it is a complete pain to fix and making me unable to work.

The ease of scheduling over the phone was great, and there was not a lengthy wait between scheduling and service-- though it was about a week. Jason was professional, courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. The estimate he provided for the necessary services was quite a bit of sticker shock, so we are weighing our options while we try to decide on our next steps.

The technician was very professional. He explained what caused the issue plus gave tips on how to prevent the issue in the future.

Scheduled on line, gave me 8am-5pm. Jordan called at 11:30, said he would be there in a half an hour he showed up in a half an hour he looked at my job went out and got his equipment after assessing whether it was the line that I needed cleaned or my main line about 20 minutes later my drain was running free. He gave me a little bit more knowledge than I already had known. He was very personable he was very professional I would have him back into my house anytime to clear clogged drain for me. Thank you plumb line for sending me Jordan He's an A one technician. I also love the fact that I didn't have to wait all day to see somebody come out with the wide window that the website gave me.

I called Plumbline to get a quote for a ac unit. It was easy to set up. I was able to schedule quickly. Greg came over and was very informative about all the products and services and explained everything on how the process would go. We walked through my home and outlined where the unit and other parts may need to be placed and we discussed a few options. I purchased an ac unit/furnace and also put in a new water heater. The work was scheduled and a whole team of installers and electricians came and performed the work. It was great experience and they completed the work in very timely manner. The whole team was informative and they definitely knew what they were doing!

Our main drain backed up. After trying to rooter ourselves (we ran a 100ft rooter as far as it could reach) we called Plumbline. They were able to be onsite within a couple hours. Our technician Shawn was on time, professional, and went above and beyond for us. After seeing our rooter and listening to what we had already done, he ran extra rooter line down the drain before making us pay extra for a camera to come out. He cleared the clog at 130 ft. When he was done, he even reinstalled our toilet for us (we had removed it ourselves so we could fit the large rooter down the drain). He was under no obligation to do that. I would definitely recommend Plumbline and I would definitely ask for Shawn to come out again. Thank you Shawn!

Ryan Unruh inspected our sewer line and recommended we replace our sewer line. Ryan very clearly detailed the procedure and the associated cost of the project. Ryan came to our house several times to check on the progress of our project while the crew was working. The men who worked on our project really worked well together as a team. The work crew did an excellent job of cleaning up after they completed the project.

Jonathan Page was beyond helpful. I genuinely can’t think of a better experience. He gave us a thorough inspection of the whole house, explaining and communicating along the way. Not pushing services we didn’t need at the time and working tirelessly to correctly and quickly tackle the items that needed immediate attention. After recent experiences with inept contractors, this was a refreshing experience that gave me and my family peace of mind. We’ll be customers for life.
