Derek got the job done in a timely manner, professional and his approach. He answered all her questions did an excellent job.

Garrett was very professional, courteous, and did a thorough evaluation and repaired the problem.
He explained the basics of Plumbline’s billing but I was blown away by the charge. It was based on the average service time for the project which in my case to reset the toilet on a new seal and replace the emergency shut off valve came to $575 for forty five min service time.

Trevor came out and quickly diagnosed and repaired our electrical issue. He was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Trevor and Plumbline Services.

Vince was great. He came on 4/29 for maintenance on my AC. He brought to my attention some issues that person who installed my HVAC left undone & that no one else had told me about. He came back 5/6 and did a repairs, raised ductwork off the ground & sealed all seams. In addition he removed all the old parts of previous furnace that had been left in crawl space.

We needed to have a new doorbell installed and programming done on a lighting system that another electrician had installed, but failed to work correctly. The electrician company that originally installed the lighting system declined our request to come and see why it was not working. They wanted to charge us again to come out. We then called plumbline services. They sent Ryan out that same day. He was excellent on every level. He was very polite and assured us that he would meet our needs; and if anything did not meet our expectations, he would return and fix any issues. He corrected the programmed lighting system, and installed our new doorbell with perfection. We have used plumbline services in the past for other services and was completely satisfied in those services as well. Know who to call when you want it done correctly.

I called due to a main line backup. Jordan was here within an hour. He was very professional, personal and explained what was going on. Seems like companies lately don't care about the employee and customers and I didn't get that vibe with Jordan and Plumbline. Looks like I might be seeing more of them!
