Professional, courtesy, and caring. I would recommend them for any plumbing problem. They installed our new sewer line and tap hookup in just one day.

Plumbline did an excellent job on the electrical work on my home. I would recommend them highly. Specifically, Aaron bookman, their electrical service technician went out of his way to explain everything to me thoroughly and to assure me that the work was done as requested.

We purchased A/C maintenence. The tech was great. The company wanted to charge an additional $300+ to clean the A/C, but that was the entire point of having them come by. Instead I got a report of how everything is fine, except it needs to be cleaned. How is that maintenance? The miscommunication could have been my fault. They were very courteous, professional, and thorough with the report

Chris was outstanding today in every aspect. He did a great job explaining our options for a replacement water heater. He did a tremendous job installing our new water heater and fixing issues we had with our house pressure regulator and water line to our refrigerator ice maker. He is an outstanding employee and representative for your company.

Called in and made a service appointment. I was told they couldn't give me a general time of day, but I would instead receive a call providing a 30 to 40 minute window. Then I received the following text message. "Reminder from Plumbline Services: As a reminder we're scheduled to come our to your home Tuesday May 16 2023. Our technician will contact you by phone 30-45 minutes prior to dispatching to your home to provide a firm arrival time and confirm your availability. we waited around all day never receiving a phone call and they never showed up.

Patrick was very professional and personable. He was thorough in his analysis and explained what should be done to the A/C unit. He was never pushy about making a sale. I have not ben disappointed with Plumbline.

Dave was incredibly knowledgeable about what was going on with our hose bibs which were not working. Prior to working with Dave we had another company come out and look, make no moves to actually investigate what was going on, and charged us nearly triple what Plumbline charged us for the fix. Dave knows what he is doing Plumbline! Keep this man happy!

I cant say enough great things, they were on time to start and finish, which is honestly amazing. Everyone was polite and professional, they were nice and tidy, and explained everything really throughly. Christian was the project lead and he was delightful
