    A/C mini split ran out of refrigerant after only owning the A/C for two years and one month. The issue was an obvious installation error which led to refrigerant slowly leaking out over time, but was described as “bad luck” by Redline. A similar issue occurred to our neighbor who had their A/C installed at the same time, also an installation issue. Redline was not willing to cover the costs of the refrigerant refill (just over $2k).

    On the bright side, our technician, Connor, was great! He was timely, personable, polite, and very knowledgeable.

    I’d highly recommend Connor, not so much Redline.

    Connor gave me 8 complete options for replacing my ac and furnace. he went through my house looking for hvac design and layout concerns and was sure to inform me of any concerns i should have when picking a contractor. he spent the most time at my home answering questions as compared to the other contractors offering me proposals.

    Repairman diagnosed my problem. he changed out one of the switches to accomodate for the Denver altitude and showed how to clean some of the valves. Also recommneded that I use thinner air filter vs the thicker, fancier and more expensive ones which restrict airflow, cauising the limiter to shut off prematurelty due to overheating.

    Conner was terrific! First, he played with my dog. Always a good start. Then he found a loose exhaust fitting on the furnace. Yikes! I am very happy.

    Connor was fantastic at talking me through what was going to happen and the ins/outs of general HVAC and AC install (which is what we called them for) which helped prepare me for others quotes that I received from other companies (which were thousands of dollars higher). He's very communicative and transparent about everything. Richard and another guy did the install and they were also professional and friendly! We're going to call them again to install an expansion tank!

    Redline Heating and Cooling came out to do some repair work my furnaces at both of my homes. Conner was the technician that came out to diagnose / do the repairs. One furnace needed a new motor, the other is a boiler that needed a new auto fill. Connor was very knowledgeable and efficient on both systems, can't THANK him enough for doing a GREAT job on getting both furnaces up and working.     The weather got cold on Monday, and I woke up and turned the heat on only to find the furnace was not producing heat. In a mild panic I did some calling around, and spoke with several companies before calling Redline.

    I got in touch with Jackie from Redline, and I was absolutely blown away by how friendly, cheerful, and helpful she was! She was able to schedule someone to come to the house in two days, instead of the 10+ days like everyone else I had talked with. Jackie's positivity was infectious, and speaking with her put me in a much better mood.

    Two days later, Derek showed up on my doorstep. He was prompt, friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to pinpoint the issue quickly, and he thoroughly explained exactly what was happening. He shared some great suggestions on how to maintain it and what to look for in the future. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Redline is now my go-to for any future HVAC needs!
