Technician did a great job explaining to me what my problem was and the different options I have in the future. He was very respectful. He even allowed me to call my husband at work so that he could explain to him what was going on so that I did not have to try to remember and do it later. I bought the VIP membership which was highly recommended and I believe will be a good value going forward

We had Erfan as our tech today and I couldn't be more pleased. He came across as honest & straightforward. He was an efficient worker, explaining and showing pictures as he worked. I was extremely pleased with Erfan's service today & happy with Plumbline as a provider for our AC cleaning, recharge,& repair.

We had a sewer back up Saturday night before Father’s Day, called Plumb Line and a few others. Plumbline is the only one who was extremely responsive and called back within 30 minutes to let us know if they had someone, which they didn’t but were able to get someone out Monday! Chase arrived and was very professional and got us taken care of! Highly recommend this company, we will be using y’all for any future needs!
Also want to add that it was great to get a text about our technician and a picture of him to know what he looked like!

I had a clog in my main line to the street, I called plumb line services they were here within 20 minutes. I had a nice young gentleman named Chase Horn do the work. He was polite professional, cleaned up after himself and answered all my questions. The price was exactly what they said it would be. Glad to see someone still has some good customer service. I will use them again and again. Thank you guys for the quick prompt and great service.

Dave was awsome. The work done was very. Clean and precise. Stress tested system today with 2 showers and no temp fluctuations or flow changes. Very pleased. Get Dave to install your system. Rate 5/5 for work and equipment quality to date.

Isaiah was great! He was able to arrive early for our appointment. He quickly identified what the issue was with our outlet and had it working in no time. He also was able to assist us with an exhaust fan in our bathroom. Thank you for taking great care of us at a great price Isaiah!
