Garrett was our plumbing installer for s kitchen remodel and did a great job. He was very professional and completed everything we asked for in a short time. His estimate was competitive and the quality of work was great.

We had an issue and we had agreed to have someone come out and make things right. Preston was sent out and did a wonderful job. He explained everything and was very professional. He is the reason we are with plumbline.

Only one experience with this team so far but I was lucky enough to have Preston out to my home from Plumbline Services on an issue with our furnace. Not only was he professional and polite in his explanation of his process but he was knowledgeable enough of his craft to leave me feeling like I had a better understanding of my homes heating system. Unfortunately, my issue was not a one-stop fix but we plan to continue using Plumbline for this and any other issues that arise.

Appraiser did not try to over sell needed equipment, financing was a breeze.

Installers are courteous and professional in addition to be thorough and quick.

I’ve used Plumbline for several years but after this experience I will probably change companies. The technician was more interested in charging me for services. My systems (2) are only 1 and 2 years old but he told me unless I paid for the full cleaning ($1500) that my warranties would be voided! The previous services technicians did not do this so I hope this is not a sign that the company has gone downhill. The technician’s attitude was condescending and arrogant very unlike the previous technician.
Addendum: Matt Z (Operations Manager) immediately reached out personally and quickly resolved the matter to my satisfaction. I wish more companies paid this kind of attention to their customers!

Jairo was excellent! He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He did exactly what needed to be done. No more & no less and we weren't hit with any additional or unexpected charges. We would highly recommend Jairo & Plumbline to anyone in need of plumbing services!

We had a GFI circuit that needed repair and Acasio did a very good job of tracing the fault and repairing the problem. We would highly recommend Acasio for any electrical repairs. He was prompt, efficient and effective in his repairs.

Justin was awesome, very amiable, informative, respectful, everything someone needs and expects in a proficient and professional business and their employees! Can't say enough about Justin, except that he will be the person that I specifically request when, or if I need anymore work done!! Bravo, Justin, Bravo!!

Russell did a great job of taking care of our clogged drain. Was professional, kept the area clean and let us know of what the problem was. Great service from the initial phone call to getting our situation resolved. Thank you!
