    These guys did a wonderful job. We had Coffman and company remove our boiler system and swamp cooler and install all new duct work, and an HVAC system. Many other HVAC companies declined our project as they said our project was too complicated as we are renovating a large older home. However, Coffman and company gave us a reasonable quote and we’re able to install all the duct work and HVAC system in 4 days! Nothing is too complicated for these guys! They also showed up on time everyday and gave us daily updates on the progress. Our house is so much warmer now and I love that I can control the thermostat from my phone. Thank you Coffman and company!

    12/18/22 New install 2 days ago. There had been many issues over past 7.5 months. Now - new furnace, coils, humidifier. John improved the return ducts, increased grill size, reduced the noise level. The furnace originally installed may have been wrong model furnace for my home & my preferences, it was very poorly installed (about 10 subsequent service visits), and the furnace turned out to be defective. I have to give Coffman credit. Anyone can have a bad employee, or install a furnace that has defects. I had to be quite persistent, but they stood by their commitment to the customer and made it right. However, I have found some issues with the new install. Frustrating. Hopefully some more "adjustments" by Coffman will get the review to 4 stars. 1/7/23 subsequent adjustment helped.
    12/14/22 After additional communication with Traci, just had co-gm John here at my house to evaluate the situation. He found the gas leak ! Agreed that some other things were not great. We agreed on a plan going forward. I didn't get everything I would have liked, but it is a reasonable plan. John says Coffman will pro-actively work with other folks that had installs by the fired guy that did such a bad job.
    12/10/22 Jake & another tech did some fixes 12/8 and 12/9. What about future problems when I am no longer on warranty ? I consider this to be an insufficient response to me, and to other customers with same bad installer (they may be unaware of significant problems). Will contact Traci again.
    12/7/22 update. 3 days since my last update. This afternoon I called Xcel. They shut down my system due to serious issues (gas leak, and flue problem, etc). Coffman repair guy was here tonight. Great guy (Eric). Got system to the point where it can run tonight, but he found several other serious problems with the install, and verified my concerns about several other issues. I feel like over the past few months my concerns have gotten "gaslighted" (no pun intended) by Coffman. Probably other issues not yet identified (perhaps not for years).
    The guy that did my install (Tim) apparently did many bad installs, and was fired by Coffman. From what folks have told me, Coffman has not yet proactively reached out to all those customers, and evaluated and repaired/replaced their systems. To me that seems like a poor business decision. 1 star.
    12/4/22 - 6 month update. A couple of months ago I deleted my previous lengthy and very frustrated review, which contained discussion of numerous issues. As requested after the bad review, I contacted Traci, and then Jake (the install manager), and other folks on subsequent visits, did resolve a bunch of issues.
    There were quite a few issues with the installation, in fact I found 2 new ones this week. On the plus side, since it is still within the first year, they do keep coming back to fix the reported issues. Some other companies would not have done that.
    It has taken half a dozen visits, over more than 6 months, but eventually my satisfaction went from "this is unacceptable" to "I suppose i will have to live with it" to "I guess this is as OK as it will get".
    Office did a very good job on xcel rebates.
    Original review was 2 stars, because of all the "adjustments" I now upgraded to 4 stars. But I still have significant concerns.
    12/7/22 concern : How many customers don't notice these issues, or don't know to request these adjustments & fixes, and would be living with a sub-par installation. At 6 months, and with 2 new and significant issues detected this week (gas input was set at wrong level for Colorado, and a PVC pipe is leaking condensation and has caused rust in a section of the unit), I also wonder how many other issues my installation may have, that never get detected.
    summer 2022 : carrier "fan only" function defaults to run at max 30% of fan speed. Work around was done to get it to run at full speed.
    4/2022 New furnace (replacing 28 year old model), and installed A/C for first time.

    I needed an outside AC condenser installed. Everything else was already installed. I used Xcel Energy's list of approved contractors for rebates. I got quotes from multiple companies on that list and finally settled on using Coffman.

    When John came out to give the quote he was totally straightforward. He looked at what I already had in place, told me what would be needed, outlined their preferred brand of units ( mentioned they could supply others if requested ), gave me a time estimate for the work to be completed and gave a very competitive price on the unit/install. I really appreciated the no-nonsense approach. Other companies weren't very transparent in their pricing or on what work was needed.

    Dan and Sean came to install the unit. They showed up early - 15 minutes before the assigned time. Which was great. They were friendly and professional. They got the install done in less time than I'd expected.

    I don't believe the electrician was a direct Coffman employee and I didn't catch his name. He was courteous and got the work done quickly.

    Overall, I've been very impressed with Coffman. Looking forward to a nice cool rest of the summer.

    Coffman and Company is amazing! I would give 100 stars if I could. They installed my Furnace/AC unit and they have stood behind their product and their work. I could not be more pleased with the service they have provided. The customer service is outstanding and they really try to accommodate their clients and work around the client's schedule. I would recommend Coffman and Company to anyone looking to upgrade, maintain or repair their Furnace/AC. You cannot beat their customer service, workmanship or integrity. I am so glad I went with this company for this installation. I honestly believe that no one else would have backed up their product/installation as this company has.
    Thank you to all of the employees who I have had to contact or deal with at Coffman. You all went way above and beyond!!!!

    Coffman & Company came to install a furnace on the roof of our building this past November. John, Jake, Alan, and Noah were courteous and professional.
