Coffman & Company

I have used Coffman & Co for three major repairs and replacements. Their customer service is unbeatable. I could have gone with a cheaper quote and found out that I ran the risk of inferior brands being used. Coffman uses reputable brands and their work is first rate. Along with their work, all techs have been stellar and trustworthy, and very informative with how to operate and care for the items installed. Last project needed an adjustment due to unforeen reasons. They made the corrections without hesitation or complaint; without any cost to me. Worth the price. They stand by their work. I will use them again.

I have used Coffman and Company for years at my home and also at my office. Their technicians and office staff have always been courteous and professional. They work hard to do the job right every time. I am a "Silver Plan" member and it is certainly worth it! I had an emergency on New Year's Eve, and they came and got us up and running again with priority service. I recommend them to all my friends and family.

Both Remy and Tom were not only on time but a few minutes early for the scheduled time which was great. Both were very professional and efficient. Remy was straight forward in what needed to be done and what the cost was. Remy also caught things that a technician from another company missed on my AC. In this case I felt it was a fairly big miss and likely would have caused me issues later. Overall great experience and I feel confident that my Furnace and AC will work when I need them due to the work that was done.

We have used Coffman with all of our managed properties for a few years now and we cannot sing their praises enough. They are a very competent group, specifically Angelica, our account rep and Cliff, their service manager and are quick to respond to all of our HVAC needs. We have a lot of choices with HVAC companies but they are always our go-to given their reliability and knowledgeable staff. The only complaint I have is that they so not service all the areas we have properties otherwise I would use them for all of our managed units.

We've used Coffman for about 20 years and they've always given us good service. They've done our maintenance and we bought our ac/furnace from them. They've been great! Clayton helped us this year and last year. He's very thorough and personable and took great care to be respectful of the property.

The staff at Coffman were lovely, though the prices seemed a bit high to me, though I admittedly don't do this often enough to have much scope for comparison. My furnace was making disturbing, intermittent, and worsening noises and I felt it was somewhat urgent so I needed to work with a company with immediate availability. The service person who came was very nice and knew what he was doing, but he had left his tool bag at his last call and had to retrieve it. He picked up a new motor on the way back, which turned out to be the wrong motor, so back he went. Once he had the right one it took him very little time to install it, and changed my filter and checked a few basic things on the furnace as well. I would give more stars, except for the delay issues, and again, the cost seemed a bit high, but I didn't feel I could wait to have someone else come out.

Coffman installed both a high efficiency boiler and evaporative cooler system in our home. Jake and his crew were extremely professional. They took the time to run through options with us, made sure we got the exact system and setup that would be most efficient for our home, and really buttoned up all the details perfectly. They even went so far as to lay down floor protection in all areas they were working and walking through to keep our home clean through the process. We couldn't be happier with them and recommend them to anyone!

I can not praise Coffman & Company enough. Over the years I used two other well known heating & cooling companies and wasn't happy with their work or their prices. Then I got a referral to Coffman over a year ago and have been very pleased with their knowledge how to repair my system, their professionalism, and their conscientiousness in following through in a timely manner. I enthusiastically recommend them!!!!

We had our furnace installed by Coffman's 9 years ago. The furnace stopped working overnight so I called this morning. Traci was very helpful and said they would have someone out in the afternoon. She called back a short while later and said they could be there in an hour. John was very friendly, he did a great job of finding the problem quickly and then checking out and servicing the furnace while he was here so we would be good to go for the season. Great customer service!

Great service as usual. They always seem to get us in on the same day as we call when we have an urgent issue.

Before any work is started they give you an evaluation and a cost estimate. The work is always done by professionals who knows what they are doing. So the work is performed in an expedient manner.

Their prices are competitive but it's the service that has us using them for our water heater and HVAC needs
