    Most dishonest person in the business is B Burns... taking advantage of good people. Take pictures, documents at time of agreement, and everything written down by him. Otherwise, you'll end up paying thousands of dollars to them.

    I called monarch to come out to check my non working heater the technician showed up supposedly checked the heater then said o need to check your AC unit and get specifics on it and the unit is on the outside of the house the furnace is in the attic, but what he was doing was getting specifics to send another “technician” to try to sell me on buying a new vent system including air ducts new ventilation system plus a “better” heating and AC unit with the cost of $62,000 and our home is 12 yrs old so of course we got another company to check our furnace turned out to be a blown fuse, so beware monarch’s deceiving methods.

    Very positive experience! Your flexible scheduling policy allowed me to go about my day without feeling like I had to wait around for a tech to arrive. Tech was very courteous, knowledgeable, and personable. Didn’t feel like he was trying to sell me on anything, just provided an inspection, report of findings, and estimate to address findings. Really appreciate the service Michael provided—we’ve used a few different companies over the years to service out AC. This was the best experience by far. Thank you!

    I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company.
    Monarch quoted me an $11,000 job to fix my compressor, pump down &recharge plus duct source removal for my a/c unit. They also offered to finance. I called for a 2nd opinion from a person referred to me and the total cost to fix my unit was $800 to replace a $40 dual run capacitor + labor. Nothing was wrong with the compressor. The duct source removal, the pump down, etc…NOTHING quoted from Monarch needed to be done. This was a grossly exaggerated diagnosis and quote suggesting fixes that were in perfect running condition. They have refused to call me back to explain.

    They sold us a complete unit, and promised us no out of pocket expense moving forward for three years to service twice a year. When we had them come out the first time after buying the unit they try to nickel and dime us for every little thing when we try to explain to the man he said I have nothing to do with that so it seems a bit shady that they would promise you all these things to get you to buy an $11,000 unit then once you do, they don’t honor they’re promises… I’ve had a couple of coworkers and friends meeting AC services and I’m sad to say that I cannot recommend this company

    After I got the appointment, Monarch services called to inform me about the exact time the technician would be at my place. Adrian came at time to get my water heater flushed. He was a thorough professional and also answered all the questions I had about the process. I feel I got good value out of the service. I would definitely recommend Monarch services and Adrian to my family and friends.

    Travis was a great tech. I appreciate that he gave me several options and did not try to up-sell me. His advice was helpful and his professionalism excellent. I will use Monarch again and request Travis as my tech.

    The Monarch tech was a good listener when I was describing the simple troubleshooting I had tried. He started assessing the system and in a short time discovered a plugged sensing line. Fixed the problem and the continued inspecting and testing the rest of the system. He identified a couple items that are approaching there end of life but were not there yet, but gave me an estimate of the repairs.
    I chose not to do the repairs at this
    time. He was through and explained things well. If he is an example of the other employees at Monarch, I will definitely call them first for my home service needs.
