Mitchell Aire

Mitchell Air replaced our AC unit with a system that was too small to cool the house efficiently. Consequently it broke down the first summer and we were without AC for the whole month of August.

They did not ever admit what they did wrong and put a bandaid on the unit after putting us off for a month. Of course the system broke down again, brand new unit at the cost of $6000.

Life was very difficult at that time as our severely handicapped son was living at home and we had our hands full.

Long story short, we ended up calling another company to come out. This is when we found out about the unit being way too small. We purchased another new AC.

Don't do business with these guys. They are not honest. I would take them to court but too much time has passed. Buyer beware!

Great family business - multi generations. Had two units and my furnace replaced and am very pleased with the quality and pricing of the install. I'd use them for service without hesitation.
