Amazing people, amazing price, amazing work. Having bought our new home, we needed ducting replaced. Jesse and his team were quick to get it done. Made sure all of our questions were answered. Highly recommend to whom ever needs their hvac system serviced.

I was planning on replacing my old manual thermostat for a smart one but I live in an old house and there are a lot of wires. So I called and Jesse came to help promptly. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and made sure it was installed properly before he left. I will sure call again whenever I need help with the AC/Heater. A very happy customer!

Called about an hour or so ago because the air conditioner was blowing out warm air. Everywhere else I called said Friday was the soonest and it was super hot today. Jesse got here in less than an hour, did an amazing job servicing the A C unit on top of our house. Paid great attention to detail! We have had techs come out before and take 10 mins and say they were done and it still ran the same. Jesse did a great job, very kind and knowledgeable too. Had our air blowing cold before he left. Very pleased with this company. We will definitely be using them again!!! Thank you so much!!

Our ac was down for 4 days couldn't get anyone out fast enough to get it fixed so then I came across certified heating & air conditioner and I spoke to Jessi i explained him my situation which involved my ill father and he said he can come take a look on his lunch. He showed up and figured out the problem in within 30 mins and gave me the solution and contacts to get it taken care of. Then he offered to bring a portable ac for my dad till the ac started working again will Definitely call again if I ever have issues again.

My tenant called Sunday nite that the a/c was not working and it was 100 degrees in the house. I called Certified H & A/C. I was greeted professionally on the phone and my intake information was recorded in their system. She then patched me through to Jesse. He informed me of the charge for emergency night service, and I agreed to proceed. He was at the property within the hour. He replaced the defective capacitor and added the 3 pounds of coolant that was needed. He called me when he finished and explained the work that was done. I called my tenant and he was VERY pleased.

My heater went out late Christmas Eve. On Christmas day I sent a long text of my situation to Jesse, with Certified Heating and Air, not expecting to hear from him until the next day or so. Jesse returned my text within 30 minutes...on Christmas Day! He showed up the next morning and went above and beyond to help get me heat. He even went to bat for me with the heater manufacturer, spending several hours on the phone with them, just to insure the necessary parts were going to be replaced at no charge to me. This is the second time I have had the need to use this company and both times I have been impressed with the service and the professionalism. Thank you so much Jesse. You're the best!

Im not one to complaint but I dont want anyone else being taken advantage of.
My AC UNIT STOPED working yesterday, i called CERTIFIED HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING to let them know my elderly mother was home and I needed it fixed , I also explained i was a RN and
I was not working my full hrs due to covid so if he can please not over charge me. He acted as though he was going to do everything possible to help me. Long story short he was going to charge me $760.00 AND THAT WAS NOT INCLUDING LABOR, for a job that ended up costing me $250.00 parts and labor from another company.
How can they take advantage of people like this. So no thank you Jesse at CERTIFIED HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING. Ps im not paying you anything 😒

Our AC was blowing out hot air late in the evening and these guys came out and had it fixed within two hours. They were responsive, quick, and professional. I would definitely recommend them!!
