    Had monarch come out because our AC was not cooling. Was told that we have a small leak in a coil and given a quote to have a stop leak put in and was told we needed 3 lb of refrigerant replaced . Given a quote of $800. the technician went up supposedly put the stop leak in and 3 lb of refrigerant in. Was told we would have a check up in a month to make sure levels were staying even and that we should be good. Well turns out we WERE NOT GOOD!!!!! 2 hours later our house was registering at 89° we called monarch back to have them come out and check what was going on... two HOT days later new tech comes out and explains to us that the real leak is somewhere else and not in the coil where the first technician told us we should get the fix it leak. So we were charged for a fix it leak in the coil that was not needed charged to have refrigerant put in that obviously LEAKED right back out because the correct leak was not patched. So we pretty much paid $800 to fix something that didn't need to be fixed and charge for refrigerant that was going to come right back out.... NO LOSS TO THEM just profit to be made. Given a new quote or $1,500 and told we would be given a $300 credit for our inconvenience. When I nervously explain to them, how could we possibly volunteer $1,500 with a chance that the same thing could happen again....I was hung up on and Monarch refused to work with us. This company totally praise on the customer knowing you're at their Mercy and that you are desperate to have your AC working in over 100° weather. Had no concern with us as customers only worried about the profits they could make.Well I guess SMALL CLAIMS COURT HERE WE COME!!!!

    We appreciated Moises and his team of Joel and Jose. They were efficient and very professional. They answered all my questions about the unit and walked me through the thermostat until I was comfortable with it. I also appreciated Leon Watts for going through the contract with me and getting an early installment date for me. I would recommend this company to everybody. We rate them 5 out of 5 stars.

    We had Raul come out to our house and he was very polite, friendly and respectful . He took the time to listen and explain all details. This is the first time I felt the technician was not in a rush. I definitely recommend monarch.

    Thomas was on time, he worked well with his co-worker. He explained every step of the service and took pics of everything to show us what needed to be done as far as cleaning and servicing. He was courteous and polite also.

    Aden did a great job servicing our roof mounted heating unit. He even rinsed out the coils at no extra charge. I was happy with customer service booking the appointment. I was warned about a part that might soon go bad, but declined the additional costs and was not pressured. I was pleased with this $69 service.

    Second time they came out to do maintenance Alejandro came out and was just as great, and was even trained by my first tech. Quality work from ever tech, I love it! Others have tried to sell me things I didn't need, but they were real and honest.
