Alex did a great job on my A.C. He showed me large photos of what needed serviced and gave me choices on what needed done right away. I am very happy with their service and flexibility. We had technician Anna Torres, who was very professional and clear about any questions we had about her diagnosis of the problem. After the service and needed repairs she performed on our AC, it is working so great! We would recommend this service to anyone with AC repair needs!
I'm giving a low rating because of this company's blatant disrespect for me as a customer. The only reason my review is not lower is because of the amazing customer service I received from James Locke.
I scheduled my appointment and was very excited to work with a company that Costco allowed to solicit its customers. The first phone call was was great and got my first appointment with no troubles. I waited and no one showed up. There was no call, and no cancellation. When I called the company, they said the tech made a note that he called me and cancelled and left me a message. There was never any message left. When I told the scheduler, she said that I must be mistaken and that He did leave message. She actually argued with me. Despite my bad experience, I rescheduled.
The second time around, the tech called and cancelled. This wasn't the end of the world, but still, I'm a customer and now the process had gone on for over a month.
The third time around James Locke was sent. He was fabulous. He explained to me my current water heater, my options, and even went through a scenario of what would be needed to convert my house to solar. He listened and genuinely seemed to care.
Over all, it wasn't a horrible experience, but I wasted a lot of time just waiting for these guys to show up. I'm very grateful I didn't have an emergency. If you're short on time, I wouldn't recommend these guys. They are simply unreliable.
The guys were professional, personable and pleasant. The install went well after all expectations were made clear and agreed upon. The unit performs well but it’s only been a few hours. It was a positive experience.

This was not part of his assigned task - but he did it anyway. He may have found a solution for one of our rooms that was getting little air flow. HIs creativity and desire to make us happy was greatly appreciated.
