Alex did a great job on my A.C. He showed me large photos of what needed serviced and gave me choices on what needed done right away. I am very happy with their service and flexibility. Afterwards he showed me pictures of what was worked on and added. Very professional. Thank you Monarch Home Services.

We had technician Anna Torres, who was very professional and clear about any questions we had about her diagnosis of the problem. After the service and needed repairs she performed on our AC, it is working so great! We would recommend this service to anyone with AC repair needs!

I'm giving a low rating because of this company's blatant disrespect for me as a customer. The only reason my review is not lower is because of the amazing customer service I received from James Locke.

I scheduled my appointment and was very excited to work with a company that Costco allowed to solicit its customers. The first phone call was was great and got my first appointment with no troubles. I waited and no one showed up. There was no call, and no cancellation. When I called the company, they said the tech made a note that he called me and cancelled and left me a message. There was never any message left. When I told the scheduler, she said that I must be mistaken and that He did leave message. She actually argued with me. Despite my bad experience, I rescheduled.

The second time around, the tech called and cancelled. This wasn't the end of the world, but still, I'm a customer and now the process had gone on for over a month.

The third time around James Locke was sent. He was fabulous. He explained to me my current water heater, my options, and even went through a scenario of what would be needed to convert my house to solar. He listened and genuinely seemed to care.

Over all, it wasn't a horrible experience, but I wasted a lot of time just waiting for these guys to show up. I'm very grateful I didn't have an emergency. If you're short on time, I wouldn't recommend these guys. They are simply unreliable.

The guys were professional, personable and pleasant. The install went well after all expectations were made clear and agreed upon. The unit performs well but it’s only been a few hours. It was a positive experience.

The tech that just came out for us was outstanding. Cilan Hayes was prompt and discovered some things that could have posed a health risk for us. This was not part of his assigned task - but he did it anyway. He may have found a solution for one of our rooms that was getting little air flow. HIs creativity and desire to make us happy was greatly appreciated.

Daniel the tech was outstanding!!! He inspected everything, covered everything, took pictures went above and beyond. Explaining everything so that I understand completely. He save me.time and money.

These guys are terrific. I used them to maintain my AC and heating system for years and never had any problems with either system. When I upgraded to new systems, I got a great price, fast installation and quality work. I highly recommend Monarch Home Services.

Raul was a kind , polite, knowledgeable, young man. He explains everything that he's about to do quite well, finished up, cleaned up quite well. he explained the service he performed and told me what to look for in the future just in case the trouble should return. He's a good man. Thank you for your service.

Prompt and courteous. Everything went just as expected. Also pointed out that the original installers (another company, not Monarch) failed to follow code on the pressure line. Quoted a very reasonable repair cost and scheduled be fore he left. Very professional and would highly recommend to anyone.
