Nick was great! He was on time, he called me when he got here like I asked because of my dog, he was very efficient and informative, he was very polite and had a great sense of humor. In all of the years we’ve been doing business with Monarch he by far is the best tech we’ve had. I would truly recommend his service to family and friends

Michael came out and did my summer tune-up. He suggested a new unit (I already knew it was about time). He was very professional and got me all set up with someone to come out the next day and give me an estimate. The next morning, a guys showed up and took a quick look at my system (mind you that all my ducts need to be replaced. Not only are the old and cracked, but they're also R4) He then sat on my porch, opened his "specials" book and gave me a choice of 3 specials. All of which did not fit my needs because they included things I already had. He never explained to me why I needed any of the equipment he wanted to sell me. I told him I was not going to pay for things I didn't need. Instead of trying to explain what I needed and take off what I didn't, he offered to cut the price if he only replaced 2 ducts!!! I told him thank you and sent him on his way. I had signed up for Monarch's membership before this visit. I immediately contacted them to cancel. Since then I have emailed, chatted and phoned them to cancel my membership and I am always told someone will get back to me. Today, I stopped anymore payment from my credit card from them. I highly recommend you don't use these guys. They may be a little cheaper than others, but you really don't know what you're paying for. I ended up going with Allbritten.

Excellent job. Installation team was very organized, did their work well, and caused no damage and left no mess. The lead craftsman kept me informed throughout the project on what they were doing. I would highly recommend them to others.

These guys were great- I called in the morning, they came and gave me a quote later that day. Evan was very thorough and professional. The crew came out the very next day and installed the unit- also very professional and did the work without me even being home. They beat a previous quote from another provider. So thankful to Monarch and I recommend them for your HVAC needs.

Our service technician Corey, was very courteous and informational. He invited me to watch his entire service performance. He took the time and shared with me the relationships of various components and how they interact with one another. He was not pushy with the up sales , only suggested they could quite possibly save me money. I appreciated the time he gave along with his explanations, but mostly I appreciated his professionalism. Because of his interpersonal skills, I became a member today. Thank you Corey for a job well done!

We used Monarch to replace our swamp cooler with proper a/c before the summer Temps hit.
The install team lead by Miguel was great. Communication across teams was fast and seemless. Special shout out to Tait for making sure we had everything we needed for a good experience.
The sales team left something to be desired, but the rest of the crew made up for it.
Ultimately, fast, effective and great communication across the board. Very happy with the new install.

Moises was the lead technician on the crew that installed a package unit on our roof with all new ducting as well as a split system in another part of our house. He was extremely knowledgeable; there was not one question that we asked that he didn’t know how to answer. He was professional at all times and so were the other members of his team. They sought our input and were responsive to anything we asked or proposed. The team worked very well together and showed one another respect as well. Our job was a complex one where decisions had to be made and then many times changed as they discovered unforeseen realities in our house that was built in the early 1900s. Moises was confident in his decision-making and just as confident in consulting with his supervisor when needed. Moises never dismissed any question or concern that we raised; he always found a solution. The whole team worked with a friendly and professional attitude and took a ‘can-do’ approach to every challenge they faced—and our house posed many! I would trust this crew and the leadership of Moises with any project. They can handle it. They will take care of business! Even with all the difficulties, the team finished the job two days before they were scheduled to. I was amazed. Our house is cool and comfortable everywhere. Thank you, Moises!

I scheduled a Tune Up but got a sales pitch instead. Jose did not service anything or inspect the duct work. He could not answer questions about how to improve the performance of my system. Instead, he told me every component of my functioning system was failing and quoted outrageous prices for replacing things: $882 for a fan motor ($266 online), $1100 for a $155 circuit board etc. Then he launched into a well rehearsed sales pitch for a new system, which he repeated over and over. I scheduled an estimator for the next day that never showed up. Don’t waste your time and money! Very suspicious that there are so few negative reviews. They directly solicited a review before the “Tune Up”. Hmm.

Monarch: you could refund my $69

From start to finish, Monarch was an amazing company to work with. I received help whenever I asked and straight forward, honest answers to all of my questions. The men who worked at the house were sweet and kind to my curious children, worked quickly, and cleaned up after themselves.
I would definitely recommend them and am happy to say I can count on their customer service for the next five years.

Macario Rivera was professional, nice, and informative. Explained everything including special offers. No pressure up-sale just helpful information. Our system was in perfect working order before his arrival but he alerted us to some potential issues that may need to be taken care of down the road.
