    Oscar from Monarch came to our house for AC maintenance during COVID. Monarch was in contact with us letting us know when to expect him. He was masked and kept his distance at all times. He performed his work quickly and we were very pleased with his professionalism and the quality of the service. Definitely recommend Monarch, they handled everything smoothly and effectively!

    Courteous and kind and he was on time. His work was excellent and he had my air conditioner working as good as it ever was. Thank you.three days later I called them back because my air conditioner was doing the same thing back because it was doing the same thing. I am a supposedly special on their list to take care of. I paid for it and have not received it yet.

    I had an appointment scheduled for Monday, Nov. 30, 2020. My mother came over and waited 2.5 hours for them to show up. They never showed and no phone call. So I called the company 4 times. Never heard from them until I got a text saying the technician was on his way. I rushed home and waited. Then I tracked him and it says he has arrived. They finally called me back this morning. However they blamed me for not be ready and prepared for them to arrive on a day that was not my original appointment day. They finally arrived at about 9:30 on Wed. Dec. 2, 2020. I did get $50 off my purchase but I should not have had to wait 2 days after my appointment to arrive.

    The service technician named Alejandro was very professional and he came to change the air filter and checked to make sure the air conditioning unit was properly working. He was very thorough and explained to us that the unit is in working condition. We are very satisfied with the service we received from our technician.

    We are overall happy with how quick we had our new AC unit installed. We had an in home consultation on Monday and had the unit installed the next day. They definitely took into consideration my concerns about heat and children in the home. The reason I gave 4 stars is because of how long it takes to get through to someone on the phone.

    1 year update! Jose Ledesma made sure that unfinished work was addressed when he came to do maintenance. Joel Guillen completed the unfinished work quickly and professionally the next day and everything is great.

    My AC unit went out on what is expected to be record-breaking temperatures this week. I called monarch home services expecting to hear that it would be days or weeks before they could send someone out because they wwere swamped. To my surprise they said they would have someone out today and to go about my business and they would let me know ahead of time when they would be arriving. Let me just say to make a long story short that Daniel R. arrived and from the moment he greeted me to the time he walked out the door he was nothing but professional, courteous, knowledgeable and explained everything to me. Thanks for being my hero Daniel R!

    Monarch came through again! As part of my annual heating maintenance, our technician Jose discovered that the water heater was leaking. Within 24 hours we had a new tankless system. Moises and his crew were knowledgeable, pleasant, and great to work with! Thanks to everyone

Technician was open to any questions or concerns we might have had. We greatly appreciate the great service. We are looking forward to doing business with Monarch again in the future.

    I asked for an estimate over the phone detailing what I wanted to have done. They would not give me an estimate, instead they wanted to send someone out here to inspect it which is fine. They said he would be here within 3 hours and it took him 4 and a half to get here. When I called and asked after 3 hours had passed the representative told me that they had no idea and could not find out when he was coming or could be here but reassured me he would be there “soon”.They charged me 90 dollars to have it “inspected”, they didn’t inspect the second unit. Then I am told after he gets here that he cannot repair it after I had already explained in detail what the situation was. They wanted me to pay $15,000 dollars to replace the whole system even though all that needed to be done was flushing of the fluid, recharging the AC and having a new compressor installed. They also mentioned the fluid that was going to needed to be replaced was $300 per lb, even amazon sells it for 1/3 of said price. I’m sure they also charge extremely overpriced rates for everything else they would want to install or replace. The employee was friendly but contradicted himself on multiple occasions. This whole ordeal was very unprofessional and was a waste of my time.
