    The company booked an appointment for me and I only had to wait for one week. On the day of the appointment, the company texted me to confirm everything and said that they would call me within 30 minutes of the technicians arrival. They also sent a picture of the technician along with his name and experience as an introduction, they also sent a link to a map that I could look at to let me know where the technician was traveling and about how far away he was from my residence. Anthony R was very professional and thorough. He has special certifications to enable him to work on hot water heaters parentheses although we did not need that at the time). His service was professional and timely. We were impressed by the professionalism of this technician and this company, so we signed on for a service agreement.

    One year after install the furnace broke. 35 degree outside. Company not willing to cover under warranty and want to charge $650. Avoid this company. Overpriced and Terrible service. Tried to get hold of manager Cooper and not returning call.

    Alex, was very professional and did a thorough job. He showed me before during and after pictures of the coils he cleaned, it was a big difference. Very personable and polite guy.

    Adrian DelaFuente gave an amazing service. He was wearing mask whole time and wore shoe cover. He let me know what's going on with the unit I have and gave me suggestions which I accepted. He took his time and made sure everything is okay before he leaves. I requested to have him on the next service again. Thank you.

    My experience was great with Luke . He did everything in his hands to get our air cold , for our babies sake it was 102 here in Bakersfield. He was honest and gave us accurate information. He spend 3 hours making sure he fixed what he could . I appreciate people that actually care about there job !

    I decided to go with Monarch A/C and heating because Anthony R. The first technician and Jason C. The salesman were super nice. When the crew: Roy, Pedro, Robert, Oscar and Aron came to replace the system they were professionals all work, didn’t waist any time. Troy came at 7:30 am and didn’t leave till 8:30 pm they all made sure that the job was done right.

    I had my ac service and heather service done by technician jose and he did an amazing job he service my units better than the previous companys and he went above my expectations. He founded 2 problems with my unit and he replaced the part that needed to be replaced in order for my unit to perform at top notch. I'm definitely gonna be calling them from now on to service my unit and I'll be recommending them to my neighbors.
    He explained everything that he was doing and was showing me while he was working on it.
    Next time I call monarch home service I'll be requesting him to service my unit

    Our main AC unit went out and Monarch was able to send someone out the next day for diagnostics. He fixed what he couls and provided several options for needed replacements (we've known this was going to happen). Everyone I've spoken to has been honest, friendly, and helpful, especially Raven and Raul. We will definitely have them service our AC units in the future.

    Cooper showed up on time and was very professional. I figured everything that needed to get done to the unit was done. All I got was ' everything looks good' AND the sales pitches followed. In all he wanted me to purchase three different items 1) a new vent system 2) an expensive filter and 3) an annual service contract. While I applaud him for his professionalism I wasn't interested or expected such hard sales. I still don't know what was done to the unit or what, if any, adjustments were made.
