    Daniel,our technician, should have shown up wearing a cape! He got right to work on our AC and had it diagnosed and fixed in about 30 minutes. Great guy, friendly and knowledgeable. I was so nervous because of the negative reviews but my experience with Austin heating and air conditioning was definitely worth five stars! Thank you guys for making our home comfortable for the first 100 degree day of the year!

    If I could rate this place negative stars I would! We have had issues with our a/c unit for about a month or two now. Unfortunately Austin heating and air is the company that our home owners warranty sent out. They’ve had to visit our house about 4 times never able to figure out the problem but always finding something (milking the insurance money). Well this last time they told the insurance company that it was an installation issue. Resulting in our insurance company denying our claim. We got a second opinion and the technician said that there is no installation issue and that the technicians from Austin replaced my unit fan with the wrong one! I called Austin heating and air and spoke to CHRIS, rudest non helpful bullshiting “dispatcher” I have ever delt with. She said there’s nothing she can do, didn’t even seem like she cared. So Austin wasn’t able to figure out the problem and washed there hands by saying it was an installation issue so that they won’t look incompitant. I recomend to stay away from this company!! They have actually cost us more money than we would have spent brining an actual professional out of pocket from the beginning, bc the our technician now has to replace their wrong fan for the right one!

    This is absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. Everyone that works there from the receptionist to the repair technician are completely rude and unprofessional. Don't expect a return call for any questions you may need answered. Don't expect an appointment to be made, they just show up when they feel like it. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I don't even know how they're still in business.
    Don't expect repairs on a timely manner, we waited for them to replace our air conditioning unit for 3 weeks while it was 90 degrees in our home.

    This company was sent by the home warranty people. The technician said he knew what was wrong but had to submit a report to see if it would be fixed or replaced. Instead, his report said he had no access, so claim denied! Why did he lie to me? Why did the company offer no solution when contacted? Go elsewhere!!

    What a JOKE!!!! Most unprofessional horrible, half wits!! Completely broke my air conditioner which was working just needed a little programming fix, the oaf totally messed it up so does not work at all! Called them and they finally get in 45 minutes late to their own office, and receptionist with attitude says they can't fix it and transferred it back to the warranty company Fidelity. Didn't even let me know, I asked if the guy could come back and undo what he did, "not our problem anymore sorry"! So rude!! meanwhile temp is climbing to 110, my son has 2 casts on both arms dripping sweat, pleaded with her to just have the "technician" come and undo what he did, "call Fidelity" click!!! Go elsewhere! Save yourself!!!

    Tech was sent out Friday, didn’t hear a response Monday, or Tuesday. I called today (Wednesday) got their answering service left message asking for a call back as it was 9:00am PST called back at 11am as I still hadn’t heard back, put on hold was told they had called me to discuss out of pocked asked when they called they stated Monday, I had no call asked what number they called as they had called me previously the week before to confirm the Friday appointment and she stated they called the number they had as they had two so they only called one because I never got a call as this is my only number and then rudely said, “ well we are swamped and we call back when we can,” no apologies for the miscommunication nothing rude person, I understand COVID restriction in offices but maybe have someone in the office who has a better customer service attitude to help customer .. will not be doing business with them and will let my home warranty who contracted them know about this and not use them again

    Phone to service! They did what they said they were going to, when they said they were going to and was friendly and helpful all the way thru. Omar even stood up a downed Christmas deco in yard in his way out! I wish more businesses were ran like this one

    More than 10 trips , and still the same problem with the screaming , loud noise coming from the heater they installed , waste of time and money. Their Carrier Unit are junky , noisy and not reliable at all and this system is only 5 months old.

    They have been out twice now and my heater is STILL BROKEN!!! We have NO heat, and it's 41 degrees outside ... they say they can't come for 5 more days and "IF" they get a cancellation they will let me know!! UNACCEPTABLE!!! If you can't fix it the first or second time you should bump me to URGENT and get out and fix this thing, especially in this cold!! SO frustrating!! Really bad customer service, I would go elsewhere!!! And ... the girl who answers the phone acts like she HATES her job!!!

    The tech, Rob, was on time, polite, and informative. He told me what he thought was going on and his plan to fix my problem. He updated me on changes and what he was doing. He serviced the unit and came back a week later to check if the problem was what he thought it was. I was very impressed and will ask for him by name in the future.
