    The guy that changed my thermostat got some wires crossed instead of blowing air it was blowing heat when it worked perfectly fine before he changed. We had to wait 4 days for them to send him back to correct the mistake in almost 110 degree weather. They did however have pretty good customer service if setting aside the time it took to have him come back out.

    The owner was outstanding. Michael was outstanding. Customer service was beyond rude. I tried several times to get a return call from Rob and was put off. I even tried to get Michael to return my call and he would have in a heart beat, but was put off again. This Heather knew she was out of line.

    Also installed my new thermostat to go along with the new HVAC they installed. Every technician has been great to work with and are very helpful and patient. Ask for Heather, she has been such a great help in every step of the process in dealing with my HVAC being replaced. Would highly recommend!

    If I could give them a zero star, I would because they don't even deserve a one star from me. The woman/owner in the office Nicole was RUDE and unprofessional. I had to use them through my home warranty and it was a big mistake!! Not only that they were rude, but they had no clues what they were doing. I had to call another company out to find and fix the furnace problem that I had and it was a simple one. I don't know how they still manage to be in the business. For sure no repeat customers and the only way they could get new business are through home warranties where the customers have no clues or choices

    Please do yourself a big favor and avoid them at all cost!! and for those customers who are unfortunate enough to get them through your home warranty, you can request for an other company and believe me its worth the time and trouble. It would save yourself time and money and not to mention being treated like a human being!!

    My service technician's name was Daniel (aka Danny). He was courteous, efficient, and very knowledgable. My thermostat was no longer responsive, and he was able to diagnose the issue promptly. I would highly recommend his services to anyone with thermostat problems, or who needs a new unit installed.

    After seeing the reviews, I was very concerned about this company that my homeowner's insurance was sending out. It didn't start off great. I reported the problem on a Saturday evening. They were supposed to contact me within 24 hours, but I finally contacted the insurance company Monday morning when I still hadn't heard anything. They then called me back within about 90 minutes to schedule my appt for the next day. I asked if they could do it any sooner and they said they would put me down for a cancellation if there was one. Sure enough, Monday evening, I got a call that there was a cancellation and they could be out in about an hour. The gentleman was very polite and immediately got to work. He had my unit fixed within about 30 minutes and was on his way. I wasn't happy about the delay at the beginning, especially in the middle of a giant heatwave, but I'm very grateful that they got me in earlier than scheduled and fixed it promptly. Much better than I expected after reading reviews.

    My home warrant assigned me to them I told them my ac was making noise out side and they came and check it out all he told it was the compressor of the ac and that he can do nothing about it and it was normal and that since it was trowing cold air that was fine I snt believe that

    I had an issue with my a/c continually running and not letting set temperature. Had this company provider by my home warranty. Problem supposedly was a ac needing refrigeration and a new compressor. I’ve had the technician come three times to resolve the replacement of said above.
    He was very professional and I have no issue with him as he made sure to answer any questions I had. My ac has been running since 10 pm yesterday and just barely met 77!!!
    Now I know something is still not right. With the temperature prior to setting the ac and turning on in the house being 82. I wouldn’t recommend this company if you need services in the hotter months as it may not be resolved in the first visit. I have left a few messages with the answering service with no luck of a call back. Nightmare.
