I was referred to Ambient Defiant by someone else I called who didn’t have an opening and I’m so glad I connected with them. Marcus arrived promptly and his staff called when he was on his way (which was great for me because the kids were napping). He quickly started a diagnosis and then ran me through his pricing on everything. We opted for a summer service on top of the repairs because we’d neglected our unit for awhile. He showed me some issues right away and explained what they might entail to fix and kept me educated about pricing the entire time. Then he tested the air inside and got back to work. We had a few issues but he showed me each part he replaced and went the extra mile to explain how each part worked. We’d been way overdue on fixing our unit so I was happy we got out of the whole thing with a very fair price. Marcus and his son also wore masks the whole time, which was a very nice added touch. I would highly recommend Marcus and his team to anyone local who needs fast, fair and professional service.

Our air conditioner went out and my husband called them and they were out at our house within 35 minutes of the call. Fixed our AC very quick and gave us a great price. Will absolutely use them for any other AC problems or maintenance.

Charges $85 for service but only hoses off outside unit coils. Then when that doesn't work, charges another $95 diagnostic fee to check Freon level. All others include this. Total ripoff upseller.
