Very professional and great service all around! A friend recommended Banner Air when we wanted maintenance for our home air conditioning unit. We are very happy with the maintenance service, the tech who came to our home and the customer service we received! 5 stars for sure!!!! We will definitely call Greer's Banner Air again!!

Technician quotes you different than office. Each office person gives different pricing for the same service.
They gave me 2hrs window but at the end of 2 hrs window, I was getting new time line every 15 min by automated system even after office was closed, there is no live and helpful in-person communication on the day of service. Basically it took 4 hours. So, the service didn’t get completed and I had to call and reschedule again. When I called back the person who called herself the owner said, she is not comfortable to work with me and called me rude. Btw, I speak with accent, it seems it was matter to her.
Even though I gave $$$ for the first appointments ( multiple location) , I won’t give any business to them for the rest of my properties.

We received a voucher for a Clean Air grant from the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District (SJVAPCD). With the voucher package came a list of 6 Bakersfield area retailers and I consulted with 4 of them. Once I met with Erica at Greer's Banner Air, I was done searching! I asked a lot of questions, brought pictures of our fireplace, and measurements. She listened to my concerns, what we like about our fireplace, and answered all of my questions.

When Greer's Banner Air came to our house, they saw the old, ragged, fireplace screen that came with our house. It fit the fireplace perfectly but we were moving to a gas insert. They suggested using the old fireplace screen to build out the front of the fireplace. The final product looks AMAZING!!! We LOVE our gas insert! It is a piece of art! I was so happy with my overall experience with Greer's Banner Air, we called them for our fall HVAC service.

The Air Pollution Control District was also very easy to work with. We were approved for the Clean Air grant in December 2020 and our initial deadline was 8/2/2020. Shopping for a gas insert was a low priority during the pandemic so I called SJVAPCD in early July to ask for an extension. Our grant was extended to 2/1/2021. We were making great progress with the purchase of the gas insert but there was a slow-down in the supply chain (out of the control of Greer's Banner Air). I contacted SJVAPCD again and explained that my insert was ordered and the deposit had been paid. Again, they approved an extension to 5/31/2021. Once our gas insert was installed, we filed the grant paperwork a few days later, and we received the grant refund about 4 weeks. Throughout the entire process, Erica at Greer's Banner Air was easy to communicate with and kept me up to date.

They came sooner than expected, installed a new thermostat and then fixed an old problem with the heater/fan/relay and also installed a new air filter that I was plannong to do myself. All before noon with expertise and great, friendly attitudes! Saved my Thanksgiving and I am so grateful. 🌟 ⭐ 💫

Spoke with someone to set up a service call for my AC that isn’t blowing cold air, the next day was the soonest they could get out. I let him know that I have a wife recovering by from surgery and a 2 year old plus other young children in the house that is getting into the 90s. He gave a time window of 8-10 the tech called at 9 which I missed the call while I was in the shower. No one in the house heard any knocks on the door. When I looked at my phone at 9:19 I texted back the number reaching out. Sorry we already left and in route to another customer. After waiting 5 minutes for a response they are told to leave. I work in the construction industry and do home calls all the time and make sure we go above and beyond for our customers. That wasn’t displayed here at all. No accommodations to say let me get in touch with the tech and send him back, he shouldn’t be far. No I will have him come back after this call nothing. I responded within the time window that was given to me and the response I got was sorry about your luck better luck next time. Now my house is in the 90s and getting hotter with young children and a wife miserable recovering from surgery. Thanks again for all the help oh wait I didn’t get any! 😡

If you are looking for dependable, friendly, quick, and affordable technicians to service your units look no more. They came out to our home and was happy with the service i recieved. I appreciate that they were a mask while in my home. I would recommend them to anyone looking to to service there units. 🙂

I continue to have a fantastic experience using Greer’s Banner Air! We’ve had their maintenance contract for a number of years, and it works great for us. I love that they send a postcard and/or call to make sure that our annual spring and fall services get scheduled. It’s not hard to make an appointment when we need one, and they send text updates so I know when the technician is on their way - and they only give a two hour time window for when they’ll come, not three or four hours, tying up your whole day! Every technician I’ve met has been professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Highly recommend.

When placing a service call I didn’t expect an appointment so quickly. The technician’s were on time and professional. They listened to my concerns and diagnosed the problem. I was given options for a resolution verbally and a quote via email. I appreciated there was no hard sell and a chance to review the information and make a decision. I’ll decide and call back to schedule an appointment. Highly recommend.

Greer's Banner Air was responsive and helpful when our A/C went out during a Bakersfield summer heat wave. The office staff promptly scheduled an appointment the following afternoon. Their technician Junior arrived during the given time frame, ran diagnostics, and completed repairs on the system capacitor in an hour's time.
