This company seemed Very professional from the initial call to the quote and set up of the schedule. I was super happy until the day of installation . I got a phone call 2 hours after they were to be there. The owner or engineer who called told me that he had been out on vacation and was only now looking at the job (little late) and that my original installation was poor and he didn't think he could leave his technician's unsupervised to engineer it them selves. He would need to be there . and as there was a heat wave there were to many easy jobs he could do and make more money on so he was cancelling the installation, I asked can you just reschedule ? and he said no he had to much other work and I should find some one ells. This was no small job it was a complete system Ducts and all
This is one of the most honest and unprofessional calls I have ever gotten. This was also done through go green using a REEL loan. Now I have to start all over again. and the reason this was canceled was out of pure profit and greed. Poor poor character. My guess is on a good day you may get good service but when busy you wont the question is how would they handle warrantee work ? based on my experience it must go to the very back of the list .

We needed quick HVAC service and Banner Air did a great job. They were able to schedule an appointment for the same day. The technician arrived when scheduled. He was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He checked everything out thoroughly. He showed me photos of my unit (which is on our roof) before and after he serviced it. And it looks brand new now. His attention to detail was great, even tightening the screws in our thermostat. I immediately signed up for their annual maintenance plan because it was very reasonable and they will remind me when it next need service. I recommend Banner Air for any HVAC needs.

They are very quick to get you an appointment even in busy season. The techs and office staff were very kind and professional. I was very happy they gave us options on the repair based on long term or short term results along with the cost of each. I felt they were honest and wonderful. They have won my loyalty!

I was misled by the good reviews . The repair was done next day, after the call. I had to call a few times in order to get an appointment. The repair was fast, but way overpriced, approximately 2 times over of the average price for the job. The capacitor had to be changed, which took 5 minutes.
Not happy and I will never call those guys again.

From helping us to decide which fire place insert to buy, measuring it out,
ordering it, installing it and helping us with the rebate process, Erica and the team at Greer's BannerAir excelled at everything. The communication throughout the whole process was absolutely stellar! We love our new fireplace. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new fireplace insert.

I have seen Greer's Banner Air around our church for years working on all the air conditioning units. I just recently had the opportunity to have a/c and heating put on my house (for the first time EVER). I chose Banner Air because of their good reputation and having seen their work ethics.
They did an excellent joy on my house. The men working on it were very helpful and professional, and they explained their work as they went along, answering all my questions.

First I'm not saying Banner air is a bad business! This is only my experience with them and I could have been the one customer out of thousands who has had a somewhat unnerving experience. I first called and said I needed some work done and started what it was and what I needed. The tech was late arriving but he was very business like and all around a very nice guy! He stated he didnt have much knowledge on the machine he was called to service and in my opinion came ill prepared for the task at had! After several hrs he didnt get the problem fixed and I was charged in excess of $800 knowing $400 was their minimum witch i didnt have a problem with as long as they sent a repair tech who was knowledgable with the machine but they didnt! He did complete the charge on the machine but in the presses but part of my new mother board. After another company "Madden Air' came out early had the machine up and running in 20 mins and didnt charge me until the machine went through one cycle! They charged me $225. After that I spoke to Banner air who were sympathetic to the whole situation and refunded me a couple hundred back not as much as I expected but they at least made a attempt to satisfy me! Sorry to say I recommend Madden Air for all your A/C or refridgeration needs. They are extremely pricey and over charge!
