Compressor and fan motor replaced. As usual Banner Air did a terrific job. Always on time and always very efficient.

My AC unit stopped working. I called Banner Air in late morning and the technician (great guy - I wish I wrote down his name) was here in about three hours. It's over 100 degrees and he had to climb up on the roof. No problem, he had the ac working in a short time. When ever I have problems with my heating or cooling, I call Banner Air.

We got a way better quote from Banner and they went above and beyond making sure we had all we needed for maximum efficiency of our new ac. Travis was always friendly and took extra time to explain every step and process they did.

Banner Air is the best quality & service I’ve used in Bakersfield. I’ve been a resident here for 72 years. They are courtesy both in the office and in the field. They are honest and trustworthy according to their expertise in this vital area of electronic equipment in our Kern County,

Thank You for all that you have done for me in the past years & now this emergency with a 24hr window of total replacement of one of my units. Lived through a lot of hot Summers .

Greer's Banner provides wonderful service. They are great at explaining in detail what needs to be done to fix the HVAC issue and always try to give options. They are polite on the phone and the technicians are always prompt and courteous. My company will always use them for our HVAC needs.

Called four companies on a Saturday night and Greer were the first to get back to me. Repair tech was professional, quicky diagnosed the problem and got the heat back on. Price was very reasonable for the situation. Will definitely use them again.
