I had an appointment for a tech to come to the house at 1:30pm and no one ever showed up. I called them and they said the tech was out of town and he would come around 3-5pm and that they would call me when he was on the way. No one called or showed up. I called after 5pm and the answering service answered and said they were closed. I sat at home all day waiting for them and they never showed up. Very disappointed.
