I’ve used Greer’s Banner Air for several years. From the first phone call they are responsive and professional. Joseph Trevino was the tech that came out to take a look at our heater. He was clean and professional looking, he was able to walk me through the process and made the repair. He was friendly and easy to work with. I definitely will continue to use this business in the future.

I had another company do the summer maintenence last month. I was told and shown photos, of my units failing motor, and other parts needing immediate replacement. Then I was told a new unit was what I needed to consider. My unit is only 10 years old. SO. I called Banner Air for a second opinion. Professional, efficient, knowledgeable . AND. My unit is running fine, nothing's failing, nothing needs replacing. I received good service from two professional gentlemen, interacted with a pleasent and efficient office staff, and got the good news about my unit.

Greer's arrived quickly and showed kindness and professionalism. One technician arrived with an apprentice and appeared to provide thorough on-the-job training. I'm impressed with their service!

I give this company 5 stars. I called at 7:30am and they had someone here by 9am. The technician was super helpful and friendly and fixed the problem with our AC within a hour. I highly recommend this company.

The technicians were very helpful. The did a thorough check of the condenser and the unit in the garage. The condenser was very dirty. They explained everything to me. I received updates when they were headed to my house.

Technician showed up on time and was courteous and helpful. We had 2 units to service but when one turned out to need replacing we were only charged for the 1 unit that was working. We will be using Greer's Banner Air of Bakersfield to replace the old unit.

We recently used Greer’s Banner Air of Bakersfield to install two gas fireplace inserts. They worked diligently to overcome some supply problems and a scheduling issue we had with the electrical contractor. We would highly recommend them to anyone.
