Steve showed up to our house on one of the hottest holidays of the year (4th of July) and was very friendly and professional. He quickly recognized why our system wasn't cooling, provided a detailed explanation of the issue, fixed the problem and also completed a full servicing of the unit since he was already on-site. We had a sleeping baby in the house and Steve was super considerate during his entire visit, using a side entance to avoid coming in and out of the house unnecessarily, and speaking very softly whenever he needed to discuss the details of his work. It was such a great experience I signed up for the annual agreement to retain services for fall maintenance as well. Highly recommended!

Last year I had to replace my air conditioning unit and called several companies to get an estimate. Many of them tried to sell me a model that I did not need, I had done my research. Greer's gave me several options and the staff was great to work with. I also use them for my business and we are completely satisfied with their service.

Got an AC unit installed mid-March 2019 due to my current one being aged/outdated/under sized. The company had a great pitch and the employees seemed nice and energetic. Come July-August the unit caused nothing but problems... and living in the valley (summers run mid 80’s to mid 100’s) we heavily rely on an AC to make the summers tolerable. We run our unit (as before) 75 all day/night. The unit failed to go under 80 for days. It was cooler outside during the night then inside our home; leaving us to turn to extra fans and open windows. (They still sent us that monthly bill though) we called and they asked us to change our filter. (LOL) a technician finally comes at 6pm after days of misery and sees the entire unit it freezing itself up due to poor installation on THEIR PART. So due to lack of time tells us to shut the entire machine off and he’ll have ANOTHER technician come out to fix the issue the following day. So mid-day next day (its 85 in our home at this point) I’m forced to leave my home and to go find elsewhere to wait. Finally I get a call and there’s someone there. Rushing home I find him laying on our grass making jokes about me not being at his beckoning call. I tell him what the last technician said could be wrong. He laughs and tells me that’s “funny”. (Having spent thousands of dollars just months prior and having this issue is not assumed to be funny) I verbalize to him the unit is not up to my standards and I’m about to request they take it back for him to continue to laugh. So without further ado: I do not recommend this company. The staff may seem nice and their prices may be right but if it’s too good to be true; it is. Pay another company.

Before they arrive, they will send out a text and let you know when they are coming. When the job is done, Bannerair will send a message saying the job is complete. Bannerair always helps the company out the same day or the next. The workers have a great attitude and are always nice. I do appreciate their hard work!

It's a Sunday and the AC unit stopped working. Greer was so good to come out & repair the unit within 2 hours of calling...I will use them again if needed!

Excellent change out of roof mounted central air unit. However, on the day prior to installation I called at 1:30, phone rang 8 times, no answer. I called again at 1:45 phone rang 8 times no answer, called again at 2, phone rang 8 times and got answering service. Office personnel must be family because at any other business they would be fired. Ray and Joe was very professional in the change out. If you can mail Kent , the owner, a letter I would recommend Banner air. Forget calling the office. The office is family driven not customer driven.
