    HVAC tech, Freeman showed up on time and with a positive attitude. He was courteous courteous and professional. Freeman identified the issue quickly. Thankfully, his work truck is stocked with spare parts needed to complete the repair, eliminating further downtime of our heater. I am very pleased with the service provided by Freeman and Austin Heating and Air. Over the years, I had few HVAC companies visited to perform repair and I must say that Austin Heating and Air is the best one. Thank you.

    Jose was on time and courteous he diagnosed the problems after a thorough and prompt inspection. He explained the situation to me in a professional manner. His recommendation was to install a new unit which I totally agree with being that the unit is 23 years old. I would also would like to say that the receptionist was very courteous and seemed pretty knowledgeable about the trade. I definitely recommend them based on my experience so far.

    Home warrantr6sent this company. They were kind and helpful..paid my 3300. For my share to the.m Month later heater doesn't work on the new unit. There tech said needs a part. They never called so when I checked the RUDE office manager said heater works doesn't matter every neighbor can hear the noise it's making. Refuse to repair. Contacted manufacturer..they will cover, Austin just doesn't want to do the work...

    Austin Heating and Air was referred by First American Insurance. The technician
    Freeman T arrived on time. He was very professional and polite. Most importantly, he was very patient. He answered all my questions and took his time to ensure he gave me accurate information about the warranty on my new AC unit.
    I am very pleased with the service provided!

    Technician came in and blew out the electrical on our condensing unit after doing some electrical testing that he wanted to run. Then he told me that there was smoke that was coming out of the unit and that he would put in a request to our home warranty for replacement as that was not normal for that to happen. Turns out, he reported paint getting into the ductwork as the reason for malt-function vs owning up to the fact that he broke our system by not knowing how to test the system properly. The guy even shocked himself checking out a few parts on the system. I had to contact home warranty to tell my side of the story and not to be charged for a 2nd service request because of this guy. We had a new company come in through home warranty and as expected, they did not see any sign of paint getting into our duct work (I saw a similar review from 5 months ago). We are now on track for full system replacement through warranty.

    Overall a really poor experience based on the lack of integrity from this company or hiring technicians that don't value being honest so the blame is not put on them. If there is a rep from the company reading this review, he was a younger kid (early to mid twenties and had glasses on). He also dirtied my white wall when messing around with the thermostat but luckily I was able to wipe away all the grease/dirt stains from his hands. I was worried he was going to trip over his untied shoelace but told me it happens all the time so he never ties his shoes, which was kind of concerning for a technician to say that working with electrical materials, metal boxes with sharp edges. This guy needs more mentorship out in the field. Save him before he gets hurt or continues to damper your company's reputation

    My home warranty company referred me to Austin Heating & Air; every person I spoke with on the phone and in person was extremely patient and polite. They came on time and on the days they said they would. All repairs were done professionally and with good care. Great company and great people!
