Holders Air Conditioning & Heating

Holder's installed the AC in my new house. It never worked well. I complained but they claimed they checked it out and everything was ok and that I needed to leave it on all day to keep cool. Got someone else to check and the freon was out. There's a leak from when they installed it that I'm still trying to fix after 4 years.

Holder’s’s technician was very professional and courteous, and explained what he did and what we should do to keep our AC running at its peak performance. I would recommend holders to anyone needing service for their AC/heating unit. Thank you Holder’s.

Christian, their technician, showed up early, and got right to work. The man worked hard, and got the job done promptly, and my heater looked better when he was finished (perhaps the new parts). Best service I've ever had, would recommend him, and therefore Holders, anytime anybody asks me for a HVAC/heating service.

This is my second time having a bad experience with this company. They use cheap materials, so you will need them again. When you call again; they charge you for what they did wrong. Don’t use them, there are other companies around the city and for better service and prices.

Called Holders and they where able to send out technician rapidly. The technician (Christian) was prompt and called in advance. Christian was courteous, professional, and explained everything in detail. Took his time and made sure we where completely satisfied before leaving. The cost of service was competitive. Holders was able to squeeze us in and it was greatly appreciated. I will definitely recommend Holders to friends and family for future hvac repairs . Our experience was completely positive

I was so impressed with both Ryan, John and Jacob at Holders, they gave me a very competitive estimate. Work was done fast and efficiently, this team worked well together and had all work done in two days. They installed 2 units a 4 ton and 3.5 ton including an extra duct in master bed room.
There are no Toyota brand(super reliable) in the AC world, some are better then others. Goodman is mid-tier and made in USA, from my research. My house was made in 1999 so my old AC units were more then 20 years old, they still worked, but were load and S.E.E.R rating was really bad. New Goodman are super quite and much more efficient. This week in Bakersfield, CA temperatures(6/1-6/6 2021) over 100 degrees was the first test of the Goodmans, installed 3/2021. They are working very well and are keeping my family very cool. Thanks Holders have a great summer.
