I have a house that is 1.5 yrs old and the compressor went out. I had an independent contractor come out and take a look at the unit. What they found was A. The unit was wired backwards and B. The wrong size breakers were installed. When Holders was contacted they replied that they would not cover the expense of fixing the AC unit. They said that wiring backwards wouldn't hurt the unit. I replied that the is a schematic of how to wire right on the unit and if that didn't matter it wouldn't be posted on unit. His a company doesn't stand by their work should we as consumers

Scheduled an appointment and availability was great getting the day/time I needed. Service technician Randy gave me a call to make sure I was home and was at my house in the time promised. Randy took the time to show me everything he was performing on my unit. I was told by some other companies tech that my compressor fan was faulty and Randy disproved that by showing me my unit’s ratings on his electrical reading devices were good. Randy then narrowed down my problem and now my unit is good to go. Hands down awesome customer service! Lastly, shout out to Roger Jr...cool seeing your winning racing results in the Californian.

Holders fixed our A/C the day we called them. They prioritize customers who have “no cool” A/C, so you can count on them to take care of you in the Bakersfield heat. Professional service at a great price...and a local, multigenerational, family-owned business to boot! Highly Recommended

I have two Daikin mini ductless air conditioning units that are a little over one year old and have rarely been used. They may have about 50 hours of use. They stopped working and were diagnosed as being low on refrigerant. They hold 6 pounds and it took 4 pounds to fill. They are running further diagnostics with dye to determine where the leak is. Holders will come back in two weeks and hopefully discover where the leak is and repair it. While the unit has a 12 year warranty on parts, labor was only covered for one year. I was required to pay for the refrigerant and the dye that was injected into the system which cost over $400. I don’t know how much more it will cost to repair the problem.

I do want to comment that Augustine, the repairman sent to diagnose the problem, was totally professional and a pleasure to deal with. I am giving a five star review because of the level of service I received from Augustine.

I always meet the HVAC techs, and go on the roof with them to observe what they are doing and ask questions. This is the third HVAC company I have used in 4 1/2 years and the only that I have been satisfied with. My winter service was exceptional. The cleaning of the fire tubes, ignition area. The. voltage checks, were done as well as temp differential, and inside the home CO2 check. Perfect! This young man (25) or so, was the must thorough. At this point i have reason the look further for the type of service. The price was very good with exceptional service.

I’m a Senior citizen, former residential construction superintendent and former local building inspector. The fan motor went out on my roof mount unit. Holders showed up within one hour of my call and diagnosed the problem, a short in the fan motor. They ordered a replacement that showed up the next day (Thursday). Turns out it was sent with the wrong control board. They let me know late Thursday pm about the problem. I was told they would send a technician to Fresno to get the correct motor, which is exactly what they did. By 2:30pm Friday I had heat.
As far as I am concerned they went well above and beyond to see to it that I had heat for the weekend! The motor they picked up in Fresno was actually more expensive, but they kept the quoted price and even gave me a 10% discount.
You can not beat this sort of customer commitment and their focus on customer satisfaction.
As long as they will have me, I am a customer for life! Thank You!
