Responded quickly to a warranty claim on a faulty air conditioner right at the beginning of summer. Scheduler moved me up to an earlier appointment when someone cancelled. Technician quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem with equipment installed by a different company, fixed the problem, and cleaned up their work space in less than half an hour.

we were asigned to this company from AHS once for maintenance then our AC went out. Austin came out first he was good Jose came out when our AC was out. jose fixed the problem with in 10 minutes he knew what the problem was and solved it overall my experience was great.

It’s a game of he said she said with this company. If you’re having them out to do work, do yourself a favor and have them provide you with their insurance company information, just in case they damage anything. We got lucky and home warranty allowed a second opinion in our case.

Michael came out and was on time. He fixed the issue extremely quick. I was a little worried when I saw the reviews, but they didn’t disappoint. Michael was very friendly and kind. Thanks for fixing my a/c so quickly!!!

Very fast came next day and they did what needed to be done and before leaving they let us know exactly what was done.

I had an ac problem..contacted my homeowners insurance who assigned them to me...They came back with a $2400.00 out of pocket expense. I requested for a second company to be sent by the insurance company...The second company said it would be a $580 out of pocket expense for the exact same job... These people are scamming people...

If I could give them negative stars I would. They lag so bad and lie. They didn’t order the parts for our AC until about a week or so after when they told us it would be ordered within the hour. The part was already ready for pick and they kept saying it wouldn’t be ready for another week. We went almost a month without AC in 100+ degree weather. Before moving there was a leak fixed on our AC which their tech removed. So we ended up with a leak after they did their repairs. They also crushed a solar panel for our backyard lights. It was all together awful. They postponed everything as much as they could and lied the whole time. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

I can not recommend this company enough. We had a bad experience with a plumber through home warranty company so we were on guard when the warranty company sent Austin H & A for AC repair. But they were very professional and helpful. And based on some of the circumstances, we felt they were refreshingly honest. Then, in August (worst time of year for this), we finally decided to bite the bullet and replace the AC that we had been band-aiding for years. They gave us a fantastic quote. After checking prices elsewhere, we called Austin to go ahead with the order. So glad we did. Everyone we came in contact with was professional and helpful. We could not be happier with their service.

Do not use this company! For an emergency call on the hottest day they’ll schedule you a week later at the latest hour 4 P.M.so when they leave, your waiting on the AC to kick on by the time you figure out it doesn’t work the office is closed at 5:00 P.M. on a Friday so that means weekend they are closed and no one can come out until the following Friday. Technician wasn’t even here for more the 10 minutes. Very frustrating.
