    The technician that came out to service our AC was very pelite. I asked him many questions as he was working andbhe was hapoy to answer them all. Did seemed to be bothered by me standing there watching him work. He completed the work quick. Only complain isbthat they are closed on weekends.

    WARNING: This company does not fix your issues and Nicole the secretary is unprofessional and RUDE! American home warranty that contracts this company chooses the cheapest company that will just put a band aide on the problem instead of actually fixing it. The installers will tell you what wrong with the issue then not put it on the report in order to get it properly fixed!

    The technician that came out, I believe his name was Michael, was just awesome! Answered all my questions and you can tell he knows what his doing, and that is huge plus for us!

    The reception also had great customer service. Definitely saving this company to my contract list of maintenance.

    If you could AVOID this company, do so. Had them come out twice to my house and nothing has been fixed. Their receptionists are rude and unprofessional. Had an appointment and they didn’t show up until 40+ minutes AFTER. Do not recommend them

    Living in this town you simply can’t be with A/C in the summer and, sadly, each of our 2 units decided to quit on us on days that were over 100 degrees. We found Austin Heating and Air through our home warranty company and we are beyond thrilled with the service we received! Rob was our technician, he has come out twice to service our A/C units. He was friendly, professional and very informative. I know nothing about the magical way these things work, so he answered all of my questions, explained everything in detail and gave me a few recommendations to keep things running smoothly. I highly recommend this company. Thank you for keeping us cool!!!

    Auston Heating and Air’s “professional tech” brought his partner, Austin, with him to work. He introduced him as a “fresh out of high school kid who helps me.” When I asked if he was trained, Michael responded “No, but I’m the one working, not him.” I then politely said “I honestly don’t feel comfortable having a trainee work on my unit.” Michael then said “Well, I don’t see the problem. He’s here to help me.” He then walked to the door and yelled to his partner, “Hey Austin, you’re not allowed in here. I don’t know why. She doesn’t want you in here.” He then brought the ladder in himself and, visibly annoyed, went upstairs where he literally just turned on the heater. He was back downstairs within 4 minutes. He said he was finished and proceeded to tell me in a rude manner that this was all that this call was about: turning it on and brushing the dust with his brush that he had in his pocket—there was no such brush! I then said “You needed an ‘assistant’ to do that? Glad that you were able to handle that on your own.” He then repeated a few more times that he had other service calls and that they were a legitimate company and that that’s all he was sent here to do. He then lingered behind in my driveway to talk loudly to his partner about “the bitch” in that house. I started to record him when he said loud enough for my neighbors who were outside to hear “You want to record a video? Here I am! Have a great day! Thank you!” I told him “Just get out of here.”

    So the ‘professional tech’ didn’t get to bring his ‘friend’ to work day. Guess that would be a bummer. $75 service call to have the unit turned on. ZERO stars ratings for sure.

    BURNT TOAST

    Had them come out to fix my air conditioner and two months later, the same issue happened again. They were going to have me pay again. I’m not going to pay again to have the same problem happen again. Don’t waste your money. Poor job

    Our AC failed us a few days ago and we were fortunate enough to have our home owners insurance set up service with Austin Heating and Air. From booking to the appointment (forgot her name) to the service itself, everything was fast, friendly and efficient. I'm blown away by their quality of service.
