I used this company through our home warranty. It has now been TWO weeks 9of NO AC in 108 degree weather….. the technician does not stay to ensure his “fixes” actually work. I absolutely would not recommend using them for anything. To top it off, getting ahold of them is virtually non existent.

American Home Shield warranty sent this company out! They are unreliable and untrustworthy. When they get tired of your complaints about the unit not working for 5 straight summers, they tell you they will give you an estimate on replacement. What they don't tell you is they are condemning your unit with a $2500 plus amount out of your pocket to replace it. Then they conspire with AHS so that the A/C is removed from your warranty options until you pay them to replace the unit! Basically holding you and your warranty hostage until you pay them! Unprofessional, rude, and dishonest. They have been to my house over multiple times yearly for the same problem. Never got it fixed by them. Always the same issue every year with a band aid fix every visit. Don't use them and don't trust them!

We have a home warranty that uses them. That's the only reason. 1st time they refused to fix anything and damaged shelves in closet with ladder. Today the lady at office, who is the most unprofessional person ever, said she called. She didn't and put our request on hold. When I called her she wanted me to diagnose the problem for them to know what to fix. On top of that, she said it will be a week before they can come. It will be 114 today. I can't give less than 1 star, but would.
I did call my home warranty back and they are sending someone else.

Came out last week for a tune up I know the guy washed out the evaporator, he took my water hose on the roof. Noticed some water leaking from the roof yesterday got up on the roof and opened up the unit myself and found all this. If you’re going to wash out the evaporator, where is all the dirt going? Oh wait I think I know!

Austin is very knowledgeable and enjoys his job. He was pleasant and professional both times he was at our home.

My insurance sent this company for my AC honestly waste of time. They sent me a kid.. he looked like 18-20 yrs old who don’t know absolutely anything. To toppers off he lies he said my unit problem was the blower motor. I didn’t believe it because didn’t make any sense with the unit issues. So I hired another company and it was actually the ducts what needs to be repair. Unit is in great condition. If someone from this company is reading this review.. please make sure all your employees are well trained and has work ethic’s before sending them out to work. Thanks

My home warranty is associated with this Ac company and they have been no help. They have came 2 times and neither time have they been able to fix the problem. My ac doesn’t work and the temperature is very high and it doesn’t cool. They decided it was a motor and ordered it but it will take a week to get here. They are not doing anything to help us get it fixed asap, receptionist desk person is very rude. When on the phone with her, she sounds like she hates her job. Very unprofessional do not recommend

Great customer service office staff was always friendly when I talk to them. Technician was great got the job done.

Austin's has been out a few times through our home warranty agency. They have been punctual, professional, and very helpful. Eduardo has been out each time and is very informative. We are new homeowners and he is nicely enough to explain things that are happening and any repairs/maintenance necessary. We have spoke to Heather over the phone each time and she is always courteous and forthcoming with information. We have enjoyed having them out to help us with our first home.

Technician immediately explained what he was going to do and checked level of freon and vent temperature. Fortunately everything was working properly. Thanks to Austin heating (who I have used twice before) I feel thankful and grateful that our a/c is functioning well.
