Gilmore did a fantastic job, quick, clean, neat. The service techs installed a 5 ton unit in 5hrs. Great crew, very professional and highly detailed. I will be using them for all future service.

Last night we had a small rat that had an unfortunate encounter with the A/C compressor fan. Suffice to say, the score was Fan 1, Rat 0. Needed help accessing the internals of the compressor fan box to retrieve what was left of the carcass. Gilmore was able to get a tech out to me asap, within a few hours of the my call the next morning. Very professional. And he even helped clean up all the splatter from the side of the house.

Gilmore gave me a good price on a new HVAC system and replaced my old HVAC and ducts. They were professional and quickly delivered a first class product with a minimum of muss and fuss. Very clean and supportive to ensure system passed County permit process.

This is my 3rd HVAC system with Gilmore. Service has always been excellent. Competitive prices, & their Annual Service package is excellent. Staff excellent.

Brian arrived on time and was courteous, professional and explained things so an HVAC novice like myself could easily understand. He was thorough in his diagnosis, and explanations, and in the end, he gave me some options to consider. As service calls go, a great overall experience.

Fong arrived on time, was professional and discovered a relay that needed replacing. He performed the replacement work which was covered by warranty and offered to show images of the work he performed. When Gilmore installed my HVAC system two years ago they were amazing. Our old unit was on the Fritz they came same day to quote and installation completion was the next day. Doesn’t get any better!
