Post flood. Cleaned, did extensive evaluation and gave us go ahead to use. What a relief. Just told us to run a little warmer than we would to help dry everything, including the house, out.

Jeremy F. with Gilmore did a home plumbing inspection for a mysterious “dripping” sound we heard in our bedroom and throughout our home. When other professionals were stumped (including us!), he kept looking for an explanation and after thorough inspection, he was able to point us in the right direction. He showed us that the sound was actually louder coming from outside and suggested we look into our gutter/siding area as the heat could be causing the expansion of metal against the wood on the outside of our home, causing the annoying “clicking” rather than dripping sound. He was very kind and professional, and his experience in the business shows by his practicality and openness to many possibilities. Thank you for ruling out plumbing and helping to relieve our stress!

All of the staff is outstanding from the receptionist to the technicians. They are always very professional and knowledgeable, the techs are always aware of not tracking in dirt and clearly explain what they did and any recommendations.
